I HAVE NOT GUVEN NEGATIVE REVIEW BEFURE. Making exception for this hotel. 1 - Poorly highlighted Policy of hotel to deducted cost of hotel and deposit from credit card then ALSO deduct cost of stay. Had to wait for refund of the first deduction. Not made clear and staff FALSELY said the money wouldn’t be deducted from my card. 2- Room facilities NOT refreshed after first night . 3- Only provided with single duvet for double bed and only one towel. 4- Air conditioning ineffective . 5- Dubious ‘free upgrade’ to queen room .

Beautiful hotel with exceptional amenities and hospitality.

The room was fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and huge! We loved the design, the little touches like Nespresso pods etc. The spa was beautiful too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for what we wanted, friendly staff

location was excellent as we were in Frankfort for the Marathon so only 7 min walk to start line so that was great. Room was lovely, perfect for what we needed, though there was no milk in the room fo the coffee/tea we made. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, staff very friendly. We will stay here again if in Frankfort and will recommend to our friends. The Gym was small but perfect if not busy and lovely area upstairs to sit and relax with a cup of coffee/tea along with a steam room and sauna. that was really nice to see and use. The design is simple , not fussy, very clean lines. Fabulous italian restaurant next door so ideal. We had lunch and dinner there, so good, highly recomend it. Turn left when you come out of hotel to a ten minute walk to beautiful park.

Milk in the room for beverages, could have done with hair conditioner as didn't bring any, usually provided especially if 4 star rating. Outside facade little bit sad but overall nice place to stay

Everything great, would like to give a special shout out to the receptionist that have welcomed me on the day (night) of my arrival - he was kind, very welcoming, seamless despite 3AM, and remained this way throughout my stay at your hotel - thank you again!

Pricey hotel, comfortable stay

The spa upstairs was amazing. The bed was amazing. The staff was also helpful.

I paid 161 euros, I had no hair conditioner, no q tips, no toothpaste or toothbrush. The air conditioning was weak. The price did not include breakfast. This hotel is overpriced for what it is.

Cozy place

Stayed for a week for a conference. Beautiful and clean room. Got couch, comfy decor and everything. Generally nice and helpful staff, and no complaints about the room service. Free gummy bears in its good looking, cozy lobby. The location is peaceful and the hotel very close to metro station. The center is just a few stops away and the university campus is within walking distance.

The AC does not seem to be very helpful in cooling down the place. I can't imagine how hot it gets in summer. There's a heavy credit card deposit for a long stay, be prepared.

Pleasant

The property is extremely well located. My family has previously lived in Frankfurt Westend for several years and know this area well, so the Hotel was very convenient for catching up with friends.

We loved the location of the hotel, and the contemporary design of common areas on the ground floor and Spa Roof level. Our room (301) was too hot to be comfortable however, and the temperature was not able to be adjusted with air conditioning. Further, the design of the room means there is no bathroom privacy. I do not think full separation of shower room and bedroom is necessary, however partial differentiation would be a design strength. The room provided a coffee pot and hot water jug with tea and coffee, but no facility for fresh or even long-life milk. Many guests would expect a small refrigerator to be provided in this level of accommodation. The television programming was difficult to manage other than watching SAKS advertising non stop. I rang reception to ask for help in locating one english speaking tv channel and was told that it did not exist ….yet. 15 minutes later I found, by chance, Sky News in English. My son and I used the gym equipment which is a well designed space with great views of the Frankfurt skyline from the top floor of the building . After completing a work-out we noticed that the drinking water provided in the spa area was empty and we notified reception. The following day my son used the gym equipment again and the water remained empty despite the hot weather. In the middle of the day on our second day at the hotel, our room door began to open unannounced. This was quite alarming as I was getting changed at the time. I would have thought that the Hotel would have strict policies regarding staff accessing a guest room with key access. Lastly, on checking into the hotel, I was happy to pay our complete bill on arrival. I was however, not advised that a security deposit would also be charged to my credit card, to be reimbursed on departure. While I am not accustomed to this practice at the point of arrival, if there is a need for such a measure, I feel this should be pointed out to the client at the time of payment.

Hidden gem with fantastic wellness facilities

The wellness facilities, the location, the breakfast, the design and the staff.

Breakfast lady was a little grumpy, but nothing serious. The hotel is slightly tired and could do with a lick of paint here and there. I had been promised an upgrade as a booking.com Genius but my room appeared to be a standard - which was alright for me.

Exceptional

Very stylish room and the hotel itself in general! The hotel was homely and warm. I would especially like to mention the friendly staff and in particular Yeni. On my next visit to Frankfurt, I will definitely stay there!

The standard room is a bit small for two adults, so I would recommend taking the superior or suite. There is also no minibar or fridge in the room. It didn't bother us, but keep that in mind.
