Fair but won’t stay again

Convenient - close to the train station

Room was technically clean but the carpet was horrible all stained and dirty. Also there was very poor lighting.

Do not go there.

Just that it was close to the station.

Very untidy bathrooms were dirty no amnesties. Being a four star didn't even have slippers. Wc was like it hasn't been washed for ages. Caution no water, tea or coffee as normal four stars have. I bought one water bottle from reception downstairs cost me 8.50 Euro. They had black and white carpets on room which were really dirty the white denim looked black as well.

Accommodation in the middle of Frankfurt‘s drug dealer scene.

Very close location to Frankfurt main station.

The hotel is located in the middle of the Frankfurt drug dealing area. Walking to the hotel I felt very unsafe. Definitely not a location if you have children with you.

Nice stay in Frankfurt centre.

Great location near the Central train station to explore the city. Nice comfortable room. Many bars and restaurants nearby.

No clear pet policy, while stating that there will be maybe a surcharge it was not stated that surcharge is mandatory and was 20€ for a very small dog, almost half the room price! They should clearly state their prices as we had other options for our pet. Usually we are charged 10 euros per night in Germany.

The area can be a little bit dodgy at night but I've never felt unsafe.

The room and breakfast was fine . Rooms are tiny and just enough to sleep .

The water was going on and off which isn’t acceptable . You are taking a shower and middle of it , the pressure just goes off . This was happening on both days of the stay . The safe lock wasn’t open

The Wi-Fi sucks! Digital Nomads should take a note of this issue. In the evening, the room adjacent was super noisy, Sent message to Hotel System but no one replied me. The LAUGHY lasted about 1hour!

Great location, cigarette smell everywhere.

The male receptionist was very nice. Location is great. It is good that we can keep our bags there and go travel around before the checkin time.

Honestly the room does not seem clean. It was passable. The non smoking room still feels like there are cigarette smell coming from the air duct which sucks. The hotel corridors is super old. The lobby could have been more livelier instead it is just sad and gloomy.

The rooms are big and the beds very comfy

There's no fan and the heat did sleeping impossible. Also the noise from the street, you can listen people to tell, fighting, the ambulances. It's very difficult to get some rest in a warm and noise room

Good for a night or two

Clean hotel with AC. Good value for the money. Perfect for a day or two. Very small room and drain in the shower was clogged. The area is very sketchy but it’s perfect if you have to catch a train at the Frankfurt HBF.

It was close to the main train station and easy trip to the airport. The people working there were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

People smoke in the bar so the entire hotel, along with the bar reeks of cigarette smoke. You have to literally step over junkies to get to the hotel, then when you finally arrive, staff were annoyed you bothered to show up. The carpet in both the rooms and hallways were fill of stains, the walls were full of marks and damage.
