    There was no breakfast as promised in the booking. The breakfast room was closed. And there was NOT one single staff at the reception to ask for anything. We waited for an hour and went out looking for breakfast. I want refund of the breakfast amount that I paid.

    附近非常的亂 入住前沒有收到任何訊息到了時候已經快10點了沒有辦法入住，耽誤了我們一大堆時間，重點是那一區還好危險，最後我們也沒有收到飯店的任何道歉，是一個非常糟糕的體驗，當下本來都已經要去住其他酒店，我覺得不是迫不得已就真的不要住這間評價非常爛

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though it's a 3-star property, the staff provided 5-star service—they were incredibly helpful and professional. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for traveling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a perfect location!

    The location is scary with street dwellers under the influence of prohibited paraphernalia. You can find videos in youtube with local german vloggers. German government should do something about it because in the long run, many will not consider visiting Germany.
