Extremely dirty room and serious safety concerns I paid for this hotel expecting at least basic cleanliness, but what I got was shocking. The room was clearly not cleaned at all. The bed was made, but everything else was filthy. There were someone else’s hairs behind the curtains, an empty Coca-Cola bottle, used items on the floor, and spilled soda on the carpet. Even worse, the same spilled cola was inside the bedside table, clearly just turned around to hide the mess. We walked into the room wearing white socks and after a few minutes they turned purple from how dirty the carpet was. The toilet was also dirty, with visible urine stains. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, at around 2 AM random people were knocking on my door and walking freely around the hotel. No control, no security. Anyone could enter. I was woken up in the middle of the night and felt unsafe. I did not sleep properly and this stay ruined my night completely. This place has serious issues with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Loved the friendly welcome from everyone I met in Frankfurt

Close to the station, clean, modern and value for money.

If sharing the room, which I wasn’t, the frosted glass wall separating the toilet/shower from the bedroom might make you feel uncomfortable compromising your privacy. Not an issue for someone on your own.

Very friendly employees, good location (close to the railway station), clean rooms, not expensive when booked in advance, quiet, luggage storage.

Not working fridges in rooms (it is possible to use the fridge at the reception), a lot of drug addicts around, AC was not cooling enough.

A bit scary to stay there as a woman travelling alone and having no wifi access irritated me.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable

The wifi did not work. The receptionist could not help either. The location of the hotel is a bit dubious and a guest from the hotel made a remark to me right outside the hotel which scared me. I did mot feel at ease until I came in the room later on.

Its very near to center, train station and messe

Its terrible every thing around the hotel outside are narkomans! You can go out after sunset! Its so much dangerous! I can recommend to nobody!!! Inside was dirty too

It was bearable but the management need to act on issues referred to above.

It was OK but lacked many things - no sliced bread of any sort to put in toaster, juice machine not working for 3 days (though juice packets were available). Waitress did offer to make omelette which were good buy no bacon provided after claiming it was available.

One annoying aspect was that the phone in the room was not connected properly. Having told reception about the problem they offered to get technician to look at it. No action in 3 days! No safe Internet connection as the hotel's validation certificate expired in March 2025! Many guests as well as themselves could not gain access. Did not feel safe walking in neighbourhood (many drug addicts and other strange people hanging about). Due to technical issues could not provide hotel room receipt on checking out. Not professional enough!

Hotel was very close to the train station and was a comfortable stay.

There was a fridge in the room. The air conditioning worked good. The shower had good water pressure and there were bedside power outlets.

The Wi-fi didn’t really work that great. We could never stay connected and we had to ask for extra codes for the devices. The shower wall facing the bedroom was glass, which was weird.

While close to the main train station, in hindsight should have stayed a few stops further into town, the area was not so nice and I got harassed in the street when walking to and from the hotel.

Reasonably nice hotel but in the wrong area if you are here as a tourist

I liked the idea that I was at the end of the corridor high up on the 6th floor and shower, TV and bed were all of very good quality. The cleaning staff did their job well.

There should be a contactless door entry as anyone could go into the hotel and upstairs to the rooms. The great TV is useless to any English speaking people, it says it has several channels for the British but only CNN works 😵‍💫 Unfortunately Frankfurt has gone down the tubes since the last time I was there 5 years ago and I know it's none of the hotel's fault but...... There were so many immigrants on drugs right outside of the hotel and on the walk to the messe and the train station where it smelled badly of urine. Sirens from police, ambulance and fire engines were sounding all night until about 5 am. Stay at this hotel by all means but be very careful after dark

Well located if you need to access the central train station. The hotel is nice and modern and breakfast good value. The front desk lady was very nice but generally the hotel seemed understaffed.

Our room was not very well maintained and not exactly clean. The TV didn’t work and since there was no maintenance, we were only offered to change rooms if we wanted.

Room was clean, and very nice, practical,, and bathroom was large. Very friendly staff at check in and check out.

- None of the foreign/english tv channels worked, and the channel list provided in the welcome folder was not updated. There was bad signal too for many German channels. - An annoying feature was that when the aircon is switched on, a small green light turns on and stays lit. Fine by day, but at night, it is shockingly bright and sharp and your room does not go dark. - The worse however was the noise in my room, as I had a buzzing, rattling sound in my room the entire night, and could not fall asleep from the noise. I could not figure out where it came from; even when the aircon in my room was switched off, the sound was there. When I asked the reception for assistance, they came and could hear it too, but could not assist me, or place me in another room, as the hotel was fully booked (they also assumed the noise was from the aircon in the room next door, but could not do anything about it). All I was told was to try and sleep, I think they should have been more proactive and at least offer some form of compensation.
