Really lovely and would come again.

The breakfast was good and just what we needed. The rooms were really lovely and felt very good value for money. The location for us was also ideal and really added to our stay.

Good value for money stay with a medium-sized group

We went there with our families for our university graduation and it all went quite smoothly. The staff was helpful and allowed us to check in early and have a joint table for breakfast.

Not having real bathroom doors was a bit awkward for some family members who shared a room. Don’t book these as coworkers if you don’t want to get intimate insights about each other. Rooms towards the main street were quite loud. No vegan options at the breakfast other than suggested by the listing on Booking.com.

Clean and comfortable, perfect for short stays.

Great location, just a short walk from the main train station and public transport. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and offered good value for money. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower and came with toiletries. I really appreciated that the window could be fully opened for fresh air. The room had an easy-to-use climate control system you can adjust to your liking. The minibar was included in the room rate and stocked with beer, soft drinks, and water.

The rooms are a bit on the small side and there can be some street noise, especially if your room faces the main road. The mattresses were a bit softer than I prefer. The area around the hotel may not look the nicest, but it’s very convenient for getting around. If you do get a street-facing room, the noise takes a little getting used to, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping decent.

Overall great experience and convenient location.

Clean, large room (twin room booking ended up being single bed for my son and queen size for me). Friendly & helpful staff (iron was brought to room upon request). Minibar stocked with soda, beer and water. Our water was free. Late checkout (officially 12, but the seem flexible). 4 minutes from main train station. Tram stop in front. Varied food options nearby.. 10 walking minutes from Main river.

Our room was toward the back and even though the windows were closed, there was alot of street noise (cars, music, people). That is why I gave a 9 for location. No problem with earplugs!

Good location for the eco-conscious traveller, being a very short walk from the train and FlixBus stations and ready access to central Frankfurt. Comfortable and clean room with a swish shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

Central stations seem to attract street life and Frankfurt is no exception. The immediate surroundings are a bit shabby and disconcerting but not threatening. There were few appealing options for evening meals immediately by the hotel, other than the station. The breakfast room is a bit small for the size of the hotel but the staff efficiently managed the flow-through of residents. The lift is very small: two people and two cases is a bit of a squeeze.

Location is close to Train station and all types of transportation is easily accessible. Breakfast was included and excellent too. Little candies at the reception desk was a nice treat.

Breakfast was fantastic and the room had a balcony , which was very nice. There were also tea and coffee facilities in the room which I liked. The area is not great but is very close to the city centre and to the main train station

Loved the location, made our short stay more exciting as it was in the heart of the city The little refrigerator in the room was stocked with an assortment of drinks, that was lovely. Sunny, one of the staff was really kind and friendly and constantly gave us directions navigate the city

The lift was bad on the day of our arrival and we had to carry our luggages up the stairs 😞

Relaxing city trip

I used to travel to Germany regularly and I've never visited Frankfurt. I wasn't impressed by the city only, but also with the choice of the hotel. The room was very quiet considering the area, it's a nice walk to the old town by the river, the breakfast and bar are fair, the staff is very friendly. Perfect choice, thank you!

Be minding the area! I do not recommend to walk towards the station, especially further than that. I ended up there accidently the 1st night, and it is really not a safe place, even during the day. Walk towards the river and the city center!
