    This place is so good and quite easy to visit many places but the only issue is they don’t have A/C or Fan so we need to request them for it.

    The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, with Frankfurt am Main Hauptbahnhof just a few meters away—making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff are responsive, attentive, and accurate, though there is still room for them to grow and learn as they gain experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was simply excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay with a great location, good service, and a breakfast worth looking forward to each morning.

    Room: Surprisingly Big, we are a family of 3. Cleanliness: Super clean! Breakfast: Very decent variety of Ham, cheese, Yoghurt, Coffee, and German Bread! Staff: Super helpful at all times! Only the noise of the Tram because our Room is facing the Tram rail.

    The way the rooms were arranged was not good. Every room was different, and the standard was not the same from one place to another. They also told us that there would be a washer available, but this was not provided. There was often a really bad smell, and they would not properly explain what was in the meals. Also, whatever they said would be available was not always actually there. Sometimes one person would be given a very large room or space that could have been suitable for a big family, while other people had different arrangements. We were expected to follow whatever they wanted us to do. There was also no air conditioning, which made the rooms extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. Overall, the accommodation and the way things were managed were not good, and many of the things we were told beforehand were not provided. Thank you for listening to my concerns.
