Wonderful

It’s close to train station and skyline plaza shopping center (quiet area). The breakfast was delicious, beds were comfy and staff was very attentive. Front desk provided luggage storage during check-in and checkout

The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy.

This is definitely not a four-star hotel in terms of facilities. It doesn't have a proper restaurant nor bar. The selection of cold meats and breads at breakfast is definitely not four-star, more like three-star.

Convenient for train station and public transportation. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Great shower.

Nice place for staying

The location is great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, limited options but it was fresh.

I don’t prefer my room to be cleaned everyday so I put the don’t disturb tag on the door and the house keeping ignored it and enter the room while I was outside! I informed the reception and it was not repeated. Trust and respecting my boundaries is very important for me. Other than that the stay was fine.

City hotel with good service!

I stayed there for 9 nights (even extended my previously booked reservation) Friendly & helpful hotel staff (esp. front desk) 700 meters from main station, 500 meters from (another) U-Bahn, 200 meters from Tram Shopping centre (incl. big supermarket) 500 meters Refrigerator (mini bar) on the room – very helful when working a lot with little time for “going out“ Tea set on the room Air condition (was necessary even in September due to south-facing windows and worked fine)

Street noise cannot be ignored when opening the window. No problem for me, I would come again. Only a detail: TV connection was not optimal and handling of TV set was reduced

We got to our allegedly cleaned room and noticed the toilet was with shit! I did the clean up myself because I was too tired from the train ride to Frankfurt to complain.

A lot of space to be improved

The sound isolation is not good. It seems no isolation at all. You hear the sounds from the corridor and room above.

Modern, comfortable, well-provisioned and conveniently-located hotel, with friendly, helpful staff.

Central location near to Frankfurt (Main) Station for public transport connections, including to Frankfurt Airport. Well-provisioned room with comfortable bed, hot shower, coffee/tea making facilities, mini bar, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Despite being near a busy transport hub, the room was well soundproofed and my sleep was not disturbed. Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff, whether those on reception, waiting tables, or cleaning. Good selection of hot and cold items at breakfast.

Being located near a main railway station unfortunately means that there is some begging, drunkenness and disturbed individuals on some approaches to the hotel.

Comfortable room, clean and perfect shower. Towels changed every day. If I need use climatization, I can set what I need. Or you can open window to the street. Breakfast very good. Near accomodation is tramway and F Hbf. All perfect!!!

Booked the hotel 24 hours before arrival, 1 minute after booking I get a message saying that they currently have construction work going on, and therefore the elevator wouldn’t be working. 1. So we had to carry our luggage ourself to 5th floor 2. They were working from 7am in the morning, also weekends and it was really loud. I wrote them instantly that we wanted a refund and cancel our hotel but they never replied in our message.

Good place to stay if you are just sleeping there but not resting.

It was clean inside.

The ongoing building process was stressful. No elevator. There were workers starting as early as 8 am with machines which did not allow morning rest. It was not a cheap stay. I think they can work on their stairway as it looked a bit like a campus or a block not a hotel.

Above and beyond expectations

I believe that accommodation plays a big part of the experience from the trip. That said, Skyline Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was great - it's neighbouring the skyscrapers and city mall, in a safe spot away from the dangerous city centre, just a 5min walk from restaurants. The staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in good shape - the AC was working quietly, the walls were soundproof and the beds were comfy. I had a very good sleep. I'm amazed by the hospitality and when I'm back in Frankfurt, this hotel will be my first choice of where to stay.

It was good size room. Very comfortable bedding. Large Bathroom and stylish furniture. Good selection of breakfast items . Service at breakfasts was good and friendly. Definitely great value for money for Frankfurt.
