Disappointed.

Room was ok but not fantastic.

The shower not working properly, going back and forth between cold and hot. Very very annoying and not acceptable for this kind of hotel.

Quiet neighborhood and close to public transportation to go everywhere one needs.

Fell really short of what should be Radisson Standard

Aside from location (close to Messe) not much.

Hotel Review During my stay, I experienced several issues with both rooms I was given. First room: The water temperature could not be properly adjusted — it fluctuated between hot and cold. The room heater/A/C was not working. The TV was not functioning. After informing the reception, I was given a room upgrade. However, in the new room, the following issues persisted: The room heater/A/C was still not working. The TV was again not functioning. As my stay was during the winter season, the room was extremely cold, which made it quite uncomfortable despite wearing multiple layers of clothing.

Enjoyable 3 day stay in quiet location with very professional staff.

We were very impressed with the staff. We arrived very early in the morning and the two night staff who greeted us were polite, friendly and helpful. They recommended some day trips (Rudelsheim) and the whole check-in was a pleasure after a tiring day. The staff when we checked out were just as friendly and helpful. The view of the city from the pool is impressive.

This is a good hotel that lives up to the Radisson brand, located right in the center of Frankfurt. It features an excellent terrace, a restaurant, and a smoking area. The view from the window is great, overlooking the city. As it was my first visit to Frankfurt, this hotel really helped me enjoy my trip.

The food at the hotel restaurant is very expensive, and its quality isn't top-notch. While the hotel staff are competent, they are sometimes prone to inappropriate jokes.

Room was very hot. We had to sit outside until 2am because of the heat in the room with the air not working correctly until around 3am. The smell in the room from the bathroom was pretty bad. We had to leave the entrance to the room open to help remove the smell

The room with a very good view. The sauna and swimming pool.

Having to tell staff that there was no slippers and robes left in the room, also that the complimentary bar was empty. Took fridge some time to chill drinks. Asked for adjoining rooms which we got, but was told we could not have the keys to operate the door so was a pain having to go into the corridor to knock on there door to speak to them plus having to take key so did not get locked out, having the adjoining door open we could have eliminate all the messing about.

I really liked how clean and comfortable the property was. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and everything felt well maintained. It made my stay feel easy and relaxing would definitely come back!

This was the best place I’ve stayed in Frankfurt, the facilities where great and even had a rooftop sauna, the breakfast was also amazing

We had a meal in the restaurant and that was a-bit over priced . Also the sky light in the lifts where all full of dust . They could do with being dismantled and given a good clean bur apart from that I couldn’t fault the hotel.

I won’t be staying here again. The rooms are extortionately priced, you are greeted by a horrible smell of sewage when you walk into the hotel, my coffee mugs were washed two days after my check in, the mini bar is empty, I made a request to reception and he said he would call me back with an answer, 40 minutes later, I chased to be told it’s not possible.Rooms are warm during the day but cold at night. Asked for a dental kit twice, took half an hour to arrive. Requested an iron and got one half an hour after and another an hour later. £300 + for a night

This is clearly a business hotel, but not a luxury hotel (I paid 700 Euro/night for the suite). Absolutely poor serv

The view

Service quality was an absolute catastrophe: I received a Whatapp to order something per Whatsapp, which I did. Nothing happened. Then I called the room service and no one answered (several time). Finally I left the room to go downstairs to the reception to place the order (just a drink). After 30 minutes of waiting I called again and they said it's in preparation (a bottle of wine). Finally, two hours after the first attempt to order the bottle arrived. Also at check-in and check out staff was friendly but not well trained.

Exceptional

Radisson blu Frankfurt hotel exceeded expectations in term of location, room cleanliness and great stuff. We were visiting the hotel for vacation for the first time, the stuff was so kind, he offered us a breakfast which was so amazing. Don’t miss the oat and Barrie’s smoothie and the Oakes potatoes. The view of the room was magnificent. We had a problem in booking confirmation with booking but the stuff was very professional in handling it.

Not great

Clean, spacious rooms, was asked if I’d like a high floor at check in which was nice. Shower pressure was great and the hair dryer was probably the best I’ve used in any hotel.

Poor communication, no response to emails or messages sent via booking.com app. Surfaces in the room weren’t clean, with glass marks and finger prints on them. I waited 90 minutes for a room service order and had to call 3 times during this time for updates after I was told I would be contacted back. The mattress was quite hard and the pillows were so soft that they flattened into nothing when I put my head on them
