Value for money near FRA airport

Value for money property and really good rooms

Air conditioning is bad. Can’t cool the room only warm it. You need to keep walking up to open and close windows. Staff hospitality is mediocre at best.

The food selection in the restaurant was quite limited as they apparently were down on one chef, so probably nothing they could have changed.

Good place for a relaxed night before taking a morning flight.

I had booked the hotel to be close to the airport for a morning flight. A shuttle bus was provided that left exactly at the indicated time and took just less than five minutes to the hotel. The hotel name contains "suites", and in fact there was a living/dining room in addition to bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Despite the proximity of the airport, the room was quite.

No complaints. If there is anything to mention, it is the absence of restaurants nearby. Better grab yourself something at the airport, I you do not want to take a cap downtown.

Relaxing pre airport stay.

A very nice breakfast as well as a comfortable room with a good shower. The Hotel was at a convenient airport location with regular free shuttle service to the airport. Restaurant was really nice too.

Comfortable airport hotel

Nice functional airport hotel. Reasonably sized rooms, comfortable beds. Good sound insulation, the planes are taking over right over the hotel, but you don't hear much in the room. Free airport shuttle that goes every 30 minutes and takes 5-10 minutes to get to the airport. Good breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant, but the food in the bar was very good.

Comfortable in a good location but advertised facilities aren't always available

Ideal location close to the airport. Very comfy bed and pillows. Excellent water pressure on the shower, and the water temp was very easy and quick to regulate.

We were warned in advance that the restaurant would be closed on our first night due to staff illness. Weren't warned that would also mean the bar was shut and they wouldn't even let us sit outside in the courtyard. Really couldn't understand why. Also the bar/restaurant/courtyard weren't open till 3pm on any day, so nowhere comfortable to sit and work. Breakfast fruit was terrible - what looked like the same melon bought out for several days in a row. The fruit juice came from a machine which dispensed various juices and water and there was no decaff option on the coffee machine. Rest of the breakfast was good though. Finally, the shuttle only goes to Terminal 1 and wasn't exactly punctual.

Would not stay there again given better options in the area

The hotel is further from the airport than expected. The rooms are very small. Air conditioning did not work properly, and when we told the front desk about it, they wrote it down but didn’t seem to care. One window only worked partially, and could only fully open. We found someone‘s clothing tag, so cleaning must have been rushed. Soap dispenser came off the wall at first use.

Ok For Catching Your Flight

Very convenient for early morning flight. Shuttle service very helpful. Room was clean and sufficient for a one night stay to catch a flight.

Bed was not very comfortable and had to request a fan because it was not yet Summer and aircon was not active, even though temps outside were Summer temps. Restaurant was expensive and super slow.

Wasn’t provided any bathing wash cloths and toothbrushes. The air conditioning did not work at all and we were given fans to supplement. The refrigerator wasn’t kept cold only light cold.

Super convenient and overall good value for intended purpose.

Staff were consistently friendly (front desk at checkin and checkout, restaurant staff, shuttle driver, grounds personnel). The place was super convenient near the airport, clean and comfortable. I liked the ability to buy snacks and drinks from a self-service area.

Food at restaurant was at the pricey end of the spectrum. The food was decent but more expensive than it should be. The prices for the snacks and drinks at the self-serve store were also on the high end.

Parking was very tight. Lights in room only went on when the hotel card was inserted into a holder. This is problematic when part of the family stays in the room but one person needs to leave with the card.

Good hotel but I should have selected one with a shuttle going to the right terminal.

shuttle from/to T1 only planes landing nearly in hotel patio ;-). Noisy in their garden, ok in room rooms on top floor too hot , airco did not work correcty, we had to ask for a room on ground floor
