Overall it was decent

The food /breakfast is really good

Room was small, cold, the thermostat malfunctioning, ceiling with black blotches, most likely from leaking. The reception lady was polite, understanding and assigned us another room, which was worm. There are no closet or a wardrobe closet in the rooms and no phone if you need something . The bed was very comfortable and sheets were pristine though. The shuttle bus stop is a little away from the hotel, so if you have mobility issues or for some reasons you can’t walk think about it twice.

Nice quirky hotel near the airport in a quiet area.

If you're going to stay at a chain hotel, at least stay at one with a bit of character and an interesting vibe. Moxy hotels certainly meet that criteria. My room was comfortable and quiet. I had an early flight, so I did not get to experience breakfast.

Easy short stay

Fun design, comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay, lots of facilities such as a snack bar and kitchen open late. Convenient parking, it was enough spaces.

The staff seemed a little tired, but its understandable. The kitchen only serves pizza after 10pm. The parking does cost 19 euro per night...

At checkout i found out i could have had included shuttle to the airport, but dont know under what circumstances. The staff wasnt sure so avoided clarifying this.

Overall great hotel for a good price (if you like plane spotting). We're coming back!

Location great for plane spotting around Frankfurt Airport, spotting areas and airport terminal few minutes away by car. Very friendly staff, like really, all of them, very helpful, a genuine smile or hello, great! Nice that you have stairs that are not only for emergencies. A lot of parking. There is warm breakfast (bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs (maybe add something extra?)), I know hotels were it's only cold breakfast. Nice design lobby/lounge/breakfast area. Late night hunger? They apparently sell sandwiches! Rooms very clean, nice shower, comfy bed,... a lot of good points about this place.

Only thing I missed at breakfast was butter (or did I missed it??) and some oatmilk maybe (but now I'm asking a lot :). There were also not a lot of coffee options (maybe only 3 or 4 if I remember correctly) so don't hope for a chai latte with vanilla flavour. Didn't try the gym but it didn't look special. Hallways kinda gray, expected it to be more design-ish like the lobby. Rooms were kinda hot when sleeping, does the airco even work?

The driver of the bus that picked me up from the airport at 9:12pm on the 29th of July. I was alone on the bus and the driver took a detour for gas. I did not get into the hotel until about 10pm. I was so confused and pissed he’d did not ask me but only advised me what he was doing.

Clean & tidy, best location go to airport

Location is good because closer to airport, room is clean , Big and beautiful lobby, I like you have lift service , bathroom clean and tidy .

For the room no temperature control , no electric kettle, no coffee /tea , no small Refrigerator, at the restaurant i didn't see microwave close by food counter (may be need ask staff).

The place to be if you need to spend a night very close to Frankfurt airport!

I stayed here, because I missed my connection and had to spend an extra night in Frankfurt. The last minute booking went really smoothly and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very easy, convenient and cheap shuttle bus to the airport at different timings Rooms are very clean and have everything you need!

The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was not clean enough, bathroom had toothpaste on the wall, Shower drain was completely blocked so it was awful to take a shower. And to discover that at 12:00 am when we arrived to the room was not a good experience.

The Shuttle bus from Hotel to Airport goes only to terminal one. It shud drop pguessts at terminal 2 also. Secondly Driver did not announce that it will not go to terminal 2. So i had travel to back to Hotel and I missed my very important meeting at messe.

Great place to stay

A little bit further away from the airport than what we expected, but easy to access with the airport shuttle. It would not put me off staying here. Great team and lovely rooms in an industrial style. We were travelling in January and it was quite cold outside but you wouldn't have known as the inside was very comfortable. We chose to have dinner at the hotel, and while the menu only had a small selection the food was great, breakfast was also good value. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place for a one night stop before taking a flight from Frankfurt Airport. Very clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff and good connections to the airport using the transfer (4€ x Person).
