Great location and staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a 5minute walk to the Gateway Gardens S-train station, which is only one stop from Frankfurt Airport, a great location! The instructions for getting there were spot on, making the transfer from the airport easy.

The temperature of the shower fluctuated while I was using it, sometimes chilly, sometimes overwarm. The room temperature was also too hot for me. Although the air-conditioner on maximum low, it was still reading at over 23 degrees.

Very good deal for price vs quality at the end of 2025

Very good location, new hotel with comfortable rooms and very good breakfast.

Understaffed, long lines at the checking in reception like 20! people. Long serving at the restaurant. Half glass shower leaks water on the floor. Door to the bathroom is barn door and doesn’t shut well. Parking entrance is from adjacent Best Western. Lacking signs.

Good option for an airport hotel with onsite parking. On-site dining was very good.

Wonderful staff!

Very attentive staff. We arrived hungry at almost 10 PM (when the kitchen closes), but they still managed to serve us with a smile. I must also add that the food was delicious The room was nice, spacious, and clean.

Great comfortable airport hotel, with an underground local train station on it's side.

Very close to the main airport as well as the local train station connecting the airport and city, and hence convenient if you need to catch a flight or missed a flight. Very friendly and polite staff, great restaurant, large, sound proof clean rooms, with all modern facilities including a mini fridge, and large TV. Very much value.

Take a break off your busy schedule on the way through Frankfurt Airport

Freshly squeezed juice at breakfast and normal-size glasses got me. TV system and WiFi are good enough to ChromeCast from your phone without a hitch. Everything is clean, interior design is comfortable.

Fantastic hotel with great beds, food and accessibility!

Very good location close to the highway, private parking underneath the accommodation, beautifully designed hotel and rooms, very good beds and pillows, really good breakfast with lots of choices and the restaurant in the evening has great meals as well. The staff is superb.

We stayed here when our flight was moved to the next day. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was very good, dinner was okay.

Nice clean room within easy taxi ride from airport.

The hotel room was very nice, staff was helpful, food at the restaurant was good. They did expect us to have reservations (!) which seems very weird for an airport hotel where your arrival is often not under your control. Recommendation is to just grap a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel (10 euro), dont' try to navigate the train solution.

The directions of how to get from the huge Frankfurt Airport to the hotel need to be made VERY clear. Messages we got from the facility were not clear or specific enough to allow us to understand exactly where to go to buy train tickets, where to get the train, etc. They need to be written from the perspective of someone who has never taken the DB trains or has never negotiated the many long hallways of the Airport!

Stop over to pick up hire car.

The beds were very good, in a large, quiet room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Location for us near the airport and train station was ideal.

Pillows to soft for me, we couldn't change air conditioning temperature. Breakfast was expensive, especially as the hot food wasn't hot.

The staff was cold same as the room temperature 16 degrees. The air conditioner controller on the wall didn’t work at all, although even scanned the QR code for user instructions. I got cold after one night. The location was one train stop away from the airport, no shuttle bus offered. The train stop was under construction, no elevator or escalator available, I and the other guests at the same time had to lift big suitcases one by one and stair by stair to the ground floor. The Hotel direction arrow sign wasn’t clear and pointed to the opposite direction, people walk longer way with luggages to the hotel. But the price was expensive.
