Don’t book, unclean and uncomfortable beds and location not great, run down area

Good breakfast and clean breakfast area. Generally something for everyone including fruit and selection of breads

Room was unclean, bedding was unclean and handful of staff unhelpful when traveling with two young children. Rooms smelt unclean carpets stained blood on one of the pillows

Room Size not good, Staff very cooperative

The receptionist can speak clear English and all the points are well communicated when we board in.

The size of the room was very small for 4 people, there is no space for even walking and it looks like the additional bed was just dumped into single room. the whole room is only comprises of Beds and there is no place to sit, I would avoid if I am travelling with family, for single persons it might be fine

Nice hotel, great staff but breakfast needs improvement

Really friendly and helpful staff. Managedcto check in a bit early and was really grateful as I had an event to attend.

The "hot" breakfast was Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and baked beans...with nothing else, and the beans were Luke warm, so breakfast was a disappointment, and I was there 10 mins after it opened.

It was a great location near sightseeing area.

The only downside was the bed situation. We didn’t get what we paid for regarding beds that sofa bed is horrible and very uncomfortable. Your advertisement does not match your accommodation. We feel like us you’re offering 4 people room the beds should be comfortable and not sofa beds They are Never comfortable in any setting. I will not recommend this a 4 adult room accommodation. That said all else was great . Personally will try to look for better beds it’s difficult to make adults sleep on a sofa bed. Thank you.

The hotel is not very close to the city center, but there is freequent connection to the central train station via bus. The bus stop is wright outside the hotel.

Excellent stay in Holiday Inn

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Frankfurt. The room was very comfortable, with an outstanding bed and a soft mattress that made for a great night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the hot summer days. I really liked the location ) it wasn’t too far from the railway station and was very well connected by public transport (yet, a rather quiet area). Two different bus lines passed nearby, and the bus stop was just a few meters from the hotel, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh bakery items, a variety of fruits, and plenty of tasty options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day. In addition, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If the opportunity arises, I would be very happy to return to this hotel.

One small point for improvement: upon arrival, I didn’t immediately notice that the window was open, as it was partially hidden behind the curtains. There was a helpful notice advising guests to keep the window closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering, but unfortunately I only saw it later in the evening—after mosquitoes had already come in. It might be useful to either ensure windows are closed prior to guest arrival or to place a more visible reminder, especially when the window is left open during the day by the cleaning staff.

Good stay for a quick trip

Property was tidy and easy accessible. Breakfast was lovely.

We unfortunately had a rough start as we arrived quite late (within checkin time) from London, to be informed they had no more family rooms (as booked and paid) available as they were overbooked! We have 2 small children and we ended up with 2 single rooms for the night. The issue was thankfully rectified the following day.

Breakfast -They need to widen cuisine-continental. Room was cramped-Sofa bed is dangerous as kids keep bumping their legs and hand on metals on it. Bed was not comfortable.

Very welcoming and nice stay

The staff was very simpatethic and the rooms were comfy. The beds have soft side or harder side should you wish to switch. Pillows are good too. Location is good, near central. Nice breakfast too. They allowed me to check in earlier and that was perfect after flying the entire night to Frankfurt

Great option for a short trip in Frankfurt

Everyone from the hotel personal were so nice and ready to help when needed. Check-in and check-out were done quickly and without any problem. Breakfast was also really good and it has a good variety of options to choose from.

It's a bit far away from the city center in a kinda industrial area, which makes it difficult to have options of e.g. restaurants close by. Lieferando and UberEats deliver direct at hotel though!

The hotel in general is very convenient - big rooms, nice facilities, and a wonderful breakfast.

I can’t think of a genuine thing that is extremely disturbing in this hotel. The only thing that I would like to mention just for the hotel to be aware of it in case they would like to improve it. The sink was a bit irritating as it splashed water all over the place. Other than that I was quite happy with the experience.

Comfortable rooms and good location for a stopover.

There was a smell in the room when we arrived, I had to use a resfreshing spray to mask it. The breakfast was very busy and super understaffed, only one lady who was working there and couldn’t keep the pace considering how busy it was. Selection of food was limited (no hot items). Other than that everything was fine.
