Perfect for long or short stay

Very lovely staff, before and during the stay. I emailed them ahead of time, and the communication was perfect. Very clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is in perfect spot if you need to go to an event in the deutsche bank park. Only about 20 minute walk away. The room had ac, but I didn’t even need to use it. The room did not heat up even if the weather was 20+ degrees for my stay. The keybox system is very handy!

It’s not really a negative, but the hotel has some outdated features. Like the keys and the locks. They were the old fashioned kind that I had never used before, so I had a trouble trying to open the room door at first. The taps also has hot and cold water separate, except for the toilet sink which had been updated. The bed needs an upgrade, very squeaky. You can also hear everything from other rooms, the street and the restaurant below. These ‘’negatives’’ aren’t deal breaking, they just bring down the overall experience a little bit down.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff 👌🏻

The check in was super easy and fast, the staff was friendly and the room was super clean. Also the tram station is right in front of the door which is super convenient for travelling anywhere. I’d definitely stay here again when I come to Frankfurt.

The tramway was not far.

This place is marked as an aparthotel, but it falls far short of expectations. The kitchen is ridiculously small—barely usable for anything beyond reheating food in the microwave. It comes with just a couple of plates, some cutlery, and one pan. While dish soap is provided, there’s no dish sponge, and the kitchen towel had a terrible smell, as did the bath towels. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain. Although air conditioning is listed among the amenities, there was none available during my stay. My room faced the street and was noisy all night, which was even worse if you opened a window for fresh air due to the lack of AC. The front desk is rarely staffed. There is a phone number to call, but it’s essentially useless—requests for service go unanswered. I’ve stayed in many aparthotels and hotels across Germany, and this was by far the worst experience. They should provide accurate information on booking.com so guests know what to expect.

A cosy, well-connected stay that won’t break the bank – perfect for exploring the city with ease!

Absolutely great value for money! The rooms were comfy, spotless, and tucked away in a lovely little neighbourhood full of cute cafes and buzzing bars. Super easy to get around too – right on bus and tram routes, so the airport, stadium, and city centre are all within easy reach (just 10 minutes into town on the tram!).

Fantastic... we appreciate the hospitality!

Right next to the tram station and easy to find. Very friendly receptionist and we were allowed to check in early.The rooms were pretty, clean, and even had a kitchenette! The breakfast in the lobby was tasty too! What a wonderful value. Would love to stay here again!

The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The location is perfect, with regular trams and buses to centre of city and to airport. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. The kitchenette is nice to have.

The unit (109) was smaller than the one I stayed in before. The kitchen didn't have a tea towel or a washing up sponge.

Very clean, private and quiet. The shower was amazing! Very hot few days so the air conditioning in rooms was a great help. Great rooftop space. Tram and bus stop outside so handy to get about.

Amazing apartment for short stay especially if you are looking for a room with a small kitchenette.

The staff was amazing. Explained everything at the time of check-in. Tram stop is just outside the apartments which is cool. Rewe is just at a 2 minute walk. Restaurants are slightly away but because the tram is so easily available, you can take it and get to them quickly. The kitchenette is nice and very clean. They have a stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and a toaster. Also enough utensils. Bathrooms and the room were also very clean. Bed was super comfortable and the pillows were really nice as well. Breakfast is at a small place outside the kitchen but the breakfast itself has may options. The apartments have amazing Wi-Fi. I was working and was able to take all my Video calls from the Room with no issues. The apartment also has Washing machines and driers in the basement so ideal for mid-long stay. They also have a gym which I couldn't try. Overall, I think it is a very comfortable and at this price super value of money. If you consider the breakfast and the kitchen, you can easily prepare all your meals yourself.

My reservation was ignored and nobody was willing to help me

The hotel ignored my reservation, I did not receive an email with the code to the key-locker, nobody was there when I came. I called them, spent some time with a lady on the phone explaining the situation, she told me the person responsible for the keys is not responding and she does not know when the person will be available. She told me she would call as soon as she knows something. Never heard from her again.

Well connected by tram, clean. Good wifi, supermarket nearby and nice staff.

Our room was very noisy throughout the night due to the traffic. Kitchenette was not equipped with enough kitchenware so it was basically unusable. Overall a bit overpriced.

Dafür das der Flughafen in der Nähe ist, ist davon nichts zu hören. Gute Anbindung zum Fußballstadion!

Es wurde nur 1x vor Abreise geputzt, die Flugzeuge waren sehr laut und die Fenster waren am Anreisetag offen, dh. Es war unglaublich Kalt bei Anreise

Es war eine Alternative etwas außerhalb zu den teuren Messenhotelpreisen.

Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel. Man kommt damit schnell in die Innenstadt und auch zum Flughafen. Zimmer war sehr groß mit kleiner Küche.

Die Fenster sind extrem undicht. Wenn man im Bett liegt, zieht es wie Hechtsuppe und es ist kalt. Die Rezeption ist eigentlich nicht besetzt, wenn Gäste sie bräuchten. 9-17 Uhr und Wochenende eher nicht.

Wäre schön gewesen

Das Zimmer war schön. Die Lage verkehrsgünstig gelegen an der Straßenbahn Haltestelle.

Leider hört man den Verkehr und der Kühlschrank hat so laut gebrumt, dass ich ihn ausschalten musste. Der Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche war sehr unangenehm und der Föhn klebte am Griff so stark, dass ich ein Taschentuch darum wickeln musste.
