It's too small, I know it was just one bed but this is ridiculous, i did my best to move around but it's in extreme too small. Zero cost - benefit, 7€ more i was able to get two beds... ridiculous!

The check in process was irregular because i had two reservation and the staff didn't understand that when provided the code to open the rooms, after so many intemps to contact finally at 5am we received the code foe the second room. I didn't received mails and apps message with the information about second reservation. It was caos at 5am findinf ways to use that room to my family

The parking was inaccessible , we followed the signs but there where closed garages there and the empty parking spots where closed with barriers . After an hour of search finally managed to park on street.

Für unseren Zweck perfekt. Mehr wollten wir nicht. Am Telefon war der Angestellte sehr geduldig.

Eher spartanisch, was die Dekoration angeht. Aber die Qualität der Möbel und Türen gediegen, der Parkplatz war gut nutzbar, es geht aber eng zu dort. Vom Zimmer hatte man in unserem Fall einen netten Ausblick. Also ein wenig Garten, nicht nur Bauten. Es war sehr ruhig, obwohl das Haus anscheinend unter der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt.

Die Lüftung im Bad war anscheinend ausgefallen, die Spartaste der Toilettenspülung ging nicht.

Wäre bei Erreichbarkeit der Betreiber und weniger Gestank sicherlich ein super Hotel.

Lage sehr gut um zum Beispiel zum Stadion zu kommen. Hotel sauber und ordentlich

Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz mehr. Zimmer war trotz Check-in noch von anderen Gästen belegt. Vor Ort ist kein Ansprechpartner und telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar. Nach 15min verzweifelten Versuchen jemanden zu erreichen eine WhatsApp entdeckt mit den Zugangsdaten für ein anderes Zimmer. Zimmer sauber, aber fürchterlicher Gestank nach offener Kanalisation aus dem Bad. Lüfter war auch verdreckt. Zur Sicherheit lieber keine Klimatisierung und die Dusche genutzt um sich keine Legionellen einzuhandeln

Für ein Hotel ohne sichtbares Personal war es -bis auf die dargestellten Codierungsschwächen- okay

Das Bad ist funktionell ( Größe, Abstellflächen), trotz beschränkter Zmmergrösse war genug Abstellfläche vorhanden.

Das Prinzip „Eintritt gegen Zahlencode“ ist eigentlich gut; wir standen jedoch nach Nutzung des uns mitgeteilten Zutrittscodes in einem belegten Zimmer, dessen Bewohner gerade unter der Dusche stand. Nach einem klärenden Telefonat wurde uns dann ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Am zweiten Tag funktionierte bei diesem Zimmer der Türcode nicht und musste- ebenfalls auf Telefonanruf hin- neu zugeteilt werden. Ansonsten war alles okay.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war groß genug, das Bett geräumig und bequem. Wir drei haben ohne Probleme geschlafen. Die Betten haben keinen unteren Rahmen, was für großere Personen sehr praktisch ist. Im Badezimmer gibt es Seife, Duschgel, Toilettenpapier, ausreichend Handtücher und einen Föhn. Genügend Platz zum Verstauen der Sachen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Sehr gute Preis.

Einzig waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob wir die Kurtaxe im Zimmer hinterlassen sollen oder an einem anderen Ort. Vielleicht könnten Sie diesen Teil etwas klarer kennzeichnen.

In den Bewertungen wurde gesagt das es nach Rauch riecht und das es Horror wäre. Deswegen hab ich es getestet und muss sagen ich war sehr überrascht für den Preis war es mehr als fair. Es roch gut, es waren auch überall raumerfrischer so das es nicht nach Rauch riechen kann. Ist ja auch ein Nichtraucher Hotel. Die Betten waren sauber und Bequem. Tv war ausreichend und das Badezimmer war auch sauber. Die Rezeption war telefonisch auch zu jederzeit erreichbar und ging bitten sofort nach. Alles in einem ein Gutes Zimmer für kurze Aufenthalte

Unser Zimmer in dem wir waren war dreckig, hat nach fäkalien gestunken und es sind Tiere herumgelaufen. Der Fernseher der angegeben war hat nicht funktioniert, einen Mini Kühlschrank hatten wir gar nicht! Das Fenster hat sich nach dem öffnen nicht mehr schließen lassen. Die Unterlagen für den Check in waren bedeckt mit Café Flecken und Haaren, zudem hat der zimmercode einmal funktioniert danach nie wieder. Nachdem ich 13mal bei der Nummer angerufen habe die im Hotel steht und dann noch die von der Website (diese Nummer war nicht mehr verfügbar), habe ich durch Zufall eine Notfall-Nummer auf der Check in Website gefunden bei der ich dann nach dem 3mal jemanden ans Telefon bekommen habe, dieser war dann bereit uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben welches zwar auch keine Klimaanlage sondern nur einen Ventilator hatte aber ich hatte einfach keine Lust mehr zu diskutieren und habe es dann für eine Nacht akzeptiert

Ein Hotel mit hohem Potential, allerdings kommen wir nicht mehr in dieses Hotel.

Die sehr gute Lage. Mit S-Bahn schnell in der Innenstadt und in Sachsenhausen.

Kein Personal. Mit Türcode musste die Zimmertür geöffnet werden. Am Eingang gab es keinen Türcode. Die Haustüre war geöffnet, somit konnte auch jeder der nicht zum Hotel gehörte dort hinein. Im Zimmer konnten wir keinen Rauchmelder entdecken. Beides beunruhigte uns, was Grund für eine unentspannte Nacht war. Die Betten beziehungsweise Kissen fanden wir sehr unbequem. Im Zimmer roch es stark nach Mückenspray.

Solider Städtetrip mit kleinen Macken

Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und ohne Probleme, auch die Zimmerreinigung war Problemlos und die Handtücher wurden nach Nutzung gewechselt. Für einen Kurztrip ohne große Anforderungen ist das Hotel absolut ausreichend, die Sanitäranlagen sind alle sauber und dem Hotelzimmer sieht man die 7 Jahre auch schon etwas an. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Auf Booking war bei der Buchung ein großes Doppelbett für ein Zweibettzimmer abgebildet, entsprechend waren auch die Erwartungen, leider waren es dann zwei Einzelbetten die Zusammengeschoben werden mussten. Positiv ist hier jedoch vorzuheben, dass die Zimmerreinigung dann ein großes Lacken über die beiden Einzelbetten gespannt hat, dass hat das zusammenschieben in der Nacht merklich verringert. Das Hotel-WLAN ist, so kann man es leider nicht anders nennen, eine Katastrophe: Kaum hatte ich mich eingeloggt werde ich bereits aus dem Netzwerk wieder rausgeschmissen. Ein Hotel, das mit WLAN für seine Gäste wirbt sollte eine entsprechend belastbare Leitung anbieten. So wird das ganze eher zum Glücksspiel.

Absoluter Geheimtipp

Mir gefällt das Konzept und die ruhige Umgebung welche für mich perfekt zum Arbeiten an meinem Projekt geeignet hat. Zudem lief der self check-in reibungslos und was wurde im Großen und Ganzen sehr bequemes Umfeld geboten für einen absolut fairen Preis, für mich absolut weiter zu empfehlen

An sich gebe es nur einen kleinen verbesserungspunkt mit einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage ansonsten kann man nicht viel aussetzen

Das war nichts.

Self-Check-in nicht möglich, da die Haustür verriegelt war. Im zugewiesenen Zimmer waren die Betten nicht bezogen und das Bad war eine Baustelle. Im dann bezogenem Zimmer waren Brandflecken im Teppich und der Raum stank nach Rauch. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht und Handtuchwechsel gab's auch nicht. Am 2. Abend war der Eingangscode fürs Zimmer verändert, sodass ein Zugang erst nach einem Telefonat wieder hergestellt werden konnte. Insgesamt schien das Hotel eine Baustelle zu sein. Aufenthaltsraum konnte nicht genutzt werden, da dort Baumaterialien, Fahrräder und Büromaterialien gelagert waren.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt enttäuschend.

Es war in der Nähe von dem Deutsche Bank Park.

Der Self Check-In hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten die Unterkunft sechs Mal anrufen, um einen Check-In-Code zu bekommen, und konnten erst eine halbe Stunde später ins Zimmer, was unsere Planung durcheinandergebracht hat. Im Flur hat es sehr stark nach Erbrochenem und allgemein nach alten Teppichen gerochen.
