Artistic home, friendly and accommodating host!

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave early in the morning, and our host served breakfast early for us. The house was artistic, beautiful and comfortable.

While we had no trouble, some people might find the spiral staircase a little difficult to navigate

Warmth and welcoming smiles worth coming back to.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in the outskirts of Rennes and is decorated with a very nice mix of modern and ethnic pieces. Even though we only stayed one night our hosts made us really feel at home. Great continental breakfast with a view on the outside garden and pool.

Eric was an excellent host who went out of his way to make my visit to Rennes perfect. And so did his dog Jack/Jacques.

Not for any stay other than a day or so.

Owners friendly and courteous. Suburban location, but quiet. Bedroom space tight (in roof) but bed comfortable.

Breakfast was not ready and very basic. Tea especially poor. No allotted parking. Accommodation fair but small, Sanitary facilities (in roof) too small and poor layout. GPS coordinates wrong. Found number of house (34) on website when it was called: "Chambre en Ville". Otherwise, would have been v difficult to find.

Lieu calme et très agréable entre deux journées de formation.

L'accueil fût très agréable. La chambre est chaleureuse et au calme. Le matelas est douillet. La salle de bain est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner, la vue sur le jardin et les échanges furent parfaits pour démarrer la journée !

Le logement est original, harmonieux, créatif et confortable. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, l'adaptabilité et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Nous avons aimé nous sentir dans notre intimité toute en étant dans le même logement. Bravo pour votre savoir faire et votre discrétion. Le petit déjeuner était copieux & délicieux, c'est un plaisir de manger des produits locaux ;) C'est un super pied-à-terre pour visiter Rennes, le centre ville est accessible à pieds ou bus, c'est parfait. Je recommande sans hésité. Merci pour la Clim qui nous a permis de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur

Muy limpio, duelos de la casa encantadores y muy atentos, ubicación en un tranquilo barrio de Rennes a 10 min en coche del centro o 20 min en autobús. Cama códoda. Desayuno excelente
