We would definitely stay there again. The owners were very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of foods. The room we had was very large and had chairs and a small table which was great. The bed was comfortable and there was a small kitchenette in the hallway on the second floor floor that we were able to use.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Stylish stay near Rennes

Lovely welcome from Morgane, who also kindly provided us with some milk for a very needed cup of tea. The Breakfast was great with as much as you wanted buffet.

A great, quiet stopover on the way down South

Morgane was delightful on arrival and responsive throughout. The wonderful breakfast spread was comprehensive and tempted me to eat way more than I normally would! It was quite nice to be a little way outside the town of Rennes, as the town was very full of tourists when we went to eat there, so I can imagine it could be noisy at night, which it certainly wasn't here at all, despite the proximity of a major road, as others have said. Al in all, a perfect stopover on our way down to the South of France.

Only one small matter, my shower, after my wife had a long one before me, went cold halfway through (so it was a bit more refreshing than intended!) but even then, Morgane looked into it immediately after I mentioned it, as she was understandably concerned and wanted to make this relatively new plumbing was working as expected.

Fabulous retreat - wonderful hosts!

The welcome and friendliness of Morgane, the hostess, was outstanding. I felt so comfortable at this accommodation right from the start and it was a great feeling!

The room was very hot during the third night of my stay, and there was only one small window. If opened, there would be a lot of traffic noise. Breakfasts were fine but there was very little protein provided - eg, no eggs, no meat, no fish I also would have thought my waste basket would be removed daily during the three nights I spent there.

Perfect in every way for travellers with a car

Helpful and attentive host. Secure territory and private car park. Modern decor in the renovated mansion. Comfortable good size bed and good quality bedding. Modern shower room with toiletries. Good breakfast with home set yohurts and fresh pasties served by Morgane. 10 min walk to the bus stop Maltièrs, near Castorama. We travelled to the guest house with a car, and then it was pleasant to find Bus route C6 runs every 10 min to the city centre, bus stop Republique; ticket costs 1.50 euro pp.

We had a comfortable stay, 1 night. It rained, and the music festival prevented us gettinng into see Rennes.

Lovely welcome, very clean and comfortable. Nice home made things at breakfast.

Bathroom very new, but shower floods the floor when you use it. A lot of stairs to climb, probably says this in the description but just highlighting for others to be reminded.

The host was amazing and readly available. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated The rooms are quite large and and the beds very comfortable Breakfast was really good, with all home made goodies; Within a good distance from the city and very easily accessible;

The ony minor downside was that the rooms were a bit too warm - and when opening the window to air out, you would hear the noise of the road.

incredible good, homemade and rich breakfast! what a nice place! our kids play in the great garden and the room was big and spacious. The bathroom was big and confortable too. We loved this place. very useful for us the little kitchenette to warm up the milk for babies or use the fridge.

we had some issue with the stairs but just because we have 2 kids very little and we had to bring them up and down. otherwise, without babies, they are very standard stairs eheheh. as wrote from the host, the air bnb is 10min by car from the center.
