The only issue was with the towels, only one single towel is given for a 4-nights stay. It is really disappointing, even cheaper hotels do supply a big towel for the body and a small one for the face. All the rest was good, breakfast is ok but might be better, some choice of nuts and grains would be appreciated.

It was ok for short time. Some inconveniences, lights didn't work, ran out of hot water one eve, and there weren't enought electric plugs in the room. Just 2 plugs and those were for foot lamp and kettle. Room had small kitchen with supplies, which was nice.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments and it was comfortably large enough for our family. The beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The hotel was easy to find and close to both Rennes city centre and the ring road surrounding the city. The only two small criticisms were that the accommodation was quite stark, which was exasperated by the size of the rooms, and that the height of the shower barely catered for my average height. If I had been taller then I would have had to crouch to wash my hair.

A fine choice for a brief stay. Great value, friendly staff, nice breakfast. A bit rowdy as it's mostly short-term student accommodations, but that didn't really interfere with an overall restful stay.

Apparently I had to receive the code to open the safe in the reservation confirmation, but it was not there. The telephone service put me on hold for more than half an hour, without any answer. Many other guests were in the same condition. When, eventually, somebody succeeded in opening the safe, we found there several envelops reporting some fantasy names on the exterior and a key inside, but not the room number. Presumably, the confirmation should have contained also these two pieces of information. Since nobody found her name nor knew what to do, we decided to get a key each and try all doors until we could find the corresponding one. No help came from the (remote) staff. Eventually, we found an apartment that matched our reservation request and stood there.
