The customer service need to be more polite. The shower is big enough for little kid. They dont change all towels. The heat in on for only 3 or 4 hours. At night i had problem slepping too cold

L’hôtel nécessite d’un réel rafraîchissement pour être conforme aux photos présentées sur le site.

La courtoisie de la dame de l’accueil . La literie est bonne.

Absence d’éclairage extérieur pour trouver l’emplacement de l’hôtel. La salle de bain est trop exiguë et vraiment défraîchie. Il manque des prises électriques et un miroir de plein pied . Manque totale de wifi. Mauvaise réception de la télévision (image en mosaïque). Manque de chauffage dans la chambre, le radiateur nomade est vétuste et manque de sécurité. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen.
