Good location

Isolation is non existent. You can hear everything.. I didn't sleep for two nights because of noisy people in the corridors and outside on the parking lot. Terrible experience, never again.

Worth it overall

Mostly good. Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly. Good accessible car park and Rspid EV chargers on site ((so a bonus for us)

Air-con didn’t work so had to sleep with windows wide open but noisy kids in an adjacent public car park with loud music😩 Very small room but we know the B&B style

A clean and efficient stay at a modern hotel.

It was the perfect accommodation for my short stay! Clean, modern, efficient and with at a very fair price!

The only thing worth mentioning that was not "perfect" would be the location, since it's a little way away from the city center. But since I was there with a car, this was no problem at all. Just be aware that walking to the center would probably take about half an hour.

We ware charged for 2 breakfast we didn’t have and I didn’t notice until later although I asked for a receipt but the man on reception couldn’t find the invoice and I was in a hurry so would you please refund my credit card T/u William Travers ref no 2499215442.

Superb

Good value for money. Room as expected for this chain. Simple stripped down to basic functionality. Bed super comfortable lighting good bathroom excellent. Very clean. Wifi fast great sound isolation. And you can open the window! Ability to auto check in useful but always appreciate having a receptionist. I was given a room with a better outlook which was much appreciated. Both staff members I met were very helpful. Location a long hike from the town centre but bus stop 50 m away with an excellent service.

Convenient to be able to check in late. Good to be able to buy a hot drink in the morning.

Instructions on how to get into the car park gate and use the check in machine before arriving would have been useful. We were all very tired and didnt need puzzles to solve.

good value hotel with easy access to Rennes city centre

good location with metro nearby and parking, reasonably priced and clean/comfortable

towels were changed and we were only given 1 towel, reception hours limited so had to wait before getting second towel
