Endless problems with air conditioning turning itself off every night at midnight (centrally controlled), on the hottest weekend of the year. Staff tried their best, but not all could override the system. Despite daily complaints and advance requests to keep the air con going, I sadly struggled to sleep in a room with temperatures over 30°C overnight. Disappointing given the apart’hotel is otherwise reasonably priced and practice for Rennes.

Perfect location for a week stay in Rennes. Beautiful city and well worth a visit. Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped.

Good location near a bus stop and shops. The kitchen had a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. There were insufficient supplies like dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper in the room for more than a day or two and the rooms were only cleaned once a week unless you paid a fee. Some of the furniture is showing signs of wear.

Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area with a few bars, cafés and small shops. I really enjoyed Rennes and hope to return soon.

Very cosy studio. Quite spacious, shower was great. Surprised there was a whole kitchen with all the stuff just for us, pity that we stayed just one night in Rennes so we couldn't really enjoy all the appliances. Staff was really helpful. Would definitely come back.

We chose this location because of the awesome location but we did have a little trouble getting to it because there was a festival going on and so our GPS kept taking us in circles however that was not the fault of the hotel. The beds were comfy . Loved having a Nespresso maker but did miss a window,

A grocery store is 5 min away.The hotel is apart/hotel, they will not clean your room if you stay less than 6 nights. In my room the drain in the bath stall was slow. I complained to the management with zero response. Don't expect shampoo and body wash in your bathroom.The room is small even for one person.

No parking was available but they were able to put our bikes in a lock up overnight and then we could use the street parking outside. The room was great, very spacious and ideal with the kitchenette. Very modern and clean and a big bathroom. We were staying with our six year old and had a great nights sleep as a very quiet area. The only drawback was it was a bit of a walk to the centre with little legs but the rest of the stay out weighed this. Would definitely use again.
