Location. Almost next to Rennes cathedral. The owner was friendly and the simple breakfast was good.

A beautiful, quiet room in a lovely building deep in the heart of old Rennes
The hosts were charming and incredibly helpful
The room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast delicious!

This is not the case, parking is available nearby and must be reserved in advance but there is no link or phone number to make this reservation.
