We met very kind and perfect receptionist called Omar, he was a wonderful and helpful man, we had a bad day but exchanging with him made us calm and quiet. I wish all the others Aparat Staff were like Omar. Our greatest thanks to Omar.

The was a bit noise of alarm sound and people talking in the corridor. But thr rest was good

Location was good, breakfast was good. Great WiFi and friendly staff. Very helpful info on local amenities and transport provided by staff.

No a/c, local cat tried to get into the room so we couldn't leave the door open for fresh air. Shower wasn't great. Place could do with a freshen up.

Staff was lovely!

Omar was amazing. The apartment was nice and beds were comfy.

At night we could hear the people outside our room being rather loud. The bed was also kind of creaky. The dishes had to be hand washed by ourselves which is obviously no problem but should probably be double checked upon cleaning as most of our dishes were dirty and needed to be re-washed.

It is an ideal location for us, straight off the main road & easy to access. Decent value for money.

Convenient stay, easy parking behind boom gate, very clean with kitchenette including stove, small fridge and microwave which was very convenient. Very welcoming staff on arrival.

Minor thing but no bedside table or light on one side of bed.

We were quite happy.

Everything was clean, no one disturbed us during the stay (there was not too much noise). Very polite lady served breakfast, also other hotel people were nice and helpful.

Some bowls in the kitchen would be great, they were missing. A bed in the ground floor room was really creaky.

Huge room with a kitchenette, lounge(with bed settee), second floor with 2 single beds and bathroom. Late checkin no problem as they leave your key in a coded lock box, all necessary codes are messaged on the day of arrival.(not the car park barrier though). Breakfast was excellent, the lady in the dining room was particularly helpful and friendly

We arrived late and couldn't get the car park barrier to raise so had to park on the street. The area surrounding is poorly lit, it's very dark. Beds were a bit too firm

Good place for an overnight stop on the route through Rennes. Good value overall for the price we paid. The 2-story room was huge, kitchenette well-equipped enough, nothing bad to say. Free parking right next to the entrance.

Location is far from everything so it only makes sens by car. Close to the rocade highway which is good and bad depending on your goals. Not noisy but it feels that the place is near a highway. I probably wouldn't stay there if I were visiting Rennes as a tourist.

Nice and convenient stay.

For the price it was an excellent stay. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. Kitchenette was very usefull. The fold out sofabeds were not super comfy, but ok enough. Reception was very friendly and helpfull and parking very convenient.

The room was pretty spacious for a 2 weeks stay. The bathroom is great with a full size bath too.

The bed is a tad small and the parking is charged extra 4€/night if you need.

Furniture falling appart. Curtins damaged. Drawer unit not to use because drawers were falling dowm. A bit danger for kids when they try to use it and drawes all dropped down. Very dirty chairs with heavy stains.

Okay place to stay if the price is low enough

I liked the fact that there was vacancy room.

Many of the light pulps were off, there wasn't enough plugs in the room. One of the plugs didn't work. No room cleaning during 5 nights' stay. When I asked to extend my stay in hotel for a bit longer, reception said it's not possible, rooms are full booked. But when I checked booking apps there were vacancy.

Pleasant Place Outside of Town

The security guard (Stefan?) was incredibly friendly and helpful. He also spoke English very well.

We were there on a very warm August night and the air conditioning did not work.
