Clean party hotel.

Incredibly central. Nice room, clean, spacious. The live music was great (loved the salsa teacher encouraging everyone to dance!). Bartenders were very friendly. I stayed on a Saturday night and it was a good place to socialise and meet ppl. It’s right in the middle of the bar zone of zopilote with lots of loud music so if you want a tranquil getaway do not stay here.

If you want to sleep, it’s better to find a different location.

It is close to the beach and the pool is nice! The waiters from the bar/restaurant were very kind, especially Daniel. The staff from reception was kind and helpful too.

It was so noisy because they had events every night and it is located on the street where all the bars are. It was noisy until at least 1 am and the walls were very thin/not good isolated. Although the cleaning staff did a very good job, there was a constant bad smell in the bathrooms. We booked two rooms and both had the same problem. In the room for 3 people, the smallest bed was very bad. The mattress was thin and old, you could literally feel the wood. When we arrived, the reception didn’t explain a lot but I think it was because they didn’t speak good english. When we asked something during our stay, they were helpful.

The hot water never really is hot and often is cold. If you want to go to sleep early and don't like loud music, this isn't for you but I loved it.

We didn’t like anything about this place but the location. First of all there was noise the whole night at the premises, we called reception three times but they didn’t interrupt the party after the third call they stopped picking up the phone. At 6 am the party was still going by the pool even though the rule is no music or loud after 11pm!!!! Needless to say my partner couldn’t sleep the whole night, for me it was better and could sleep for about three hours. We got a different room from what stated here, the whole place isn’t clean it’s dirty and cheap, even the toilet paper is cheap, the matress isn’t comfy, the floor is filthy it’s made of foam so the dirt is sucked in. One window faces the aisle and the back window faces a parcel with a family hut and a big family looking right through, so no chance of open windows. We stayed at hostels and hotels around and definitely this one is a bad deal for the buck. Don’t recommend at all.

The location is good. Close to Zicatela beach. Nice and helpfull staff.

Whatever you do, stay away from the bungalows. Dusty cottages without AC - renting a room is cheaper! We had to ask for our room to be cleaned, and it was 1 day later than supposed to. Ceilings/floor were made of carton! You can hear everything from the room above you..Wear ear blugs!

The floors separating the two levels are plywood, and noise from above room is frequent and disturbing The hotel is advertised as ‘beach front’. While it technically is, it is totally fenced off and you must exit the property to go to the public entrance. It is very near, but we felt mislead and assumed beach front meant we could would have beach front access, and might have chairs available to us. The price was astronomical considering there was no pool, A/C, and awful WiFi, as these amenities are easily included for a fraction of what we paid here. Restaurant a little pricy, 80mx for a single taco We had to ask the front desk every day for bathroom paper When extending our stay, the front desk team did not communicate with one another causing booking issues. *Be aware some rooms booked online seem to be through airbnb and are much more costly. The price otherwise might be more representative of the amenities.

Great hosts, and people staying there were nice. I wouldn't leave but have commitments elsewhere.

Punta is a great location if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Puerto Escondido. It's not the most local place as invaded by tourists now, however it is a good place if you want to enjoy the surf and not be bothered by travelling back and forth to the area. I stayed in town, in Zicatela Brisas and I preferred punta. However if you want to go out the clubs are mostly in Brisas and some nights in town.

Shower could be hotter, but it is super nice to have cold shower too. If you don't let your host know they probably won't clean your room, I would emphasise this as had a few occasions that this didn't happen and I guess you are paying for the service. If you want to move around get a scooter or something, paying everytime to go back and forth to get cash in town is bothersome.

La ubicación, el horario extendido de la piscina.

El ruido del frigobar no deja dormir si no tienes sueño profundo, el plástico del colchón, así como que la habitación (D3) que nos tocó fue en planta baja y cerca de la cocina del lugar, desde 6:30-7am se escucha ruido de los empleados que llegan a laborar.
