Came for relaxation - left exhausted!

Very close to the beach and we had a lovely view of the sunset (if you dont count the massive unfinished abandoned construction building right in front of the hotel - but alas - not the hotels fault). The room was big and clean and the cleaning staff was very nice. The aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The pool was also very nice, apart from the view directly into the aforementioned construction building.

Well. The noise. We stayed for 9 nights - 4 of those where spent not sleeping, due to the noise from the nearby club. It was loud. very loud. At one point we swore we could feel the bass through the floor. The music started around 11 PM and ended around 4 or 5 AM. Even with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones you could not escape the sound. The beds were very short. If you are taller than 180 cm, your feet will likely hang off the bed. It is also worth mentioning that the kitchen was not amazingly equipped - all of the pots and pans where old and burned quite easily. No seasoning or anything else provided. Also - they provided free water but you had to get it from the main floor - and bring your own cantina/jug. Not so nice, when you live on the 2nd. floor.

Great stay in the sun by the beach.

Close to Zicatela beach, easy taxi access via reception to get further afield. Pool is lovely. Rooms are clean and aircon is great.

Noise from beach parties at the weekend kept us up. The pool view is obscured by building work (unfinished and not currently underway). Neither were the fault of the property.

apesar qué el hotel estaba vacío me negó una mejor opción para hospedarme

La ubicación esta cerca de muchos restaurante

Pedí una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales, y me dieron una matrimonial e individual a pesar que había pagado por una habitación mayor, lo platique con la chica de recepción y me comento que booking había seleccionado esa habitación porque éramos 3 personas, comentandolo qué yo había pagado por un costo mayor de 2 camas matrimoniales. No me soluciono nada arguntando qué tenía lleno y no podía cambiarme a la habitación que había pagado, no podía hacer nada, sin embargo había muchas habitaciones solas en los diferentes pisos. Eso me molesto que no me devolvió la diferencia del pago o mejorara la habitación porque ese problema fue entre booking y ellos. La habitación no tenía cortinas Black out, así que entrada mucha luz por la mañana. La camas bastantes duras.

Buen luga,r ubicacion clave

Bueno, la oferta en general en toda la bahía o puerto escondido es estándar bajo ese contexto no existen las grandes cadenas y por lo regular la oferta es muy similar en todo , la verdad la pasamos bien todo muy bien en casalet lo elegimos por la cercania a todo fue clave la ubicacion, pero todo bien quiero resaltar la excelente limpieza en el cuarto

No tengo ninguna queja , solo un detalle insignificante , tiene el dueño una villa dentro del hotel y mi hijo se para por un momento afuera y su nieto en delante de el dueño su abuelo , le pide a mi hijo que se retire "es propiedad privada" y me llamo la atencion que el señor no halla corregido esa descortesia pero como dije un hecho aislado sin trasendecia a lo que va uno que es el hospedaje , ya los comportamientos salen sobrando

No es agradable para descansar

La recepcionista que está en las mañanas es muy amable.

El internet era muy malo, de los 5 días que estuve, solo el primero y el último tuve señal, les pregunté que si algo andaba mal y me dijeron que sí, que casi siempre falla. Las sábanas de mi habitación no las cambiaron ninguna día, estuve 4 noches y no las cambiaron, lo sé porque por accidente dejé un poco de labial en una, por el precio, yo sí hubiera esperado que las cambiaron diario, eso fue lo que más me incomodó del lugar. El espacio donde está la alberca solo le da el sol como hasta las dos de la tarde, porque enfrente hay una construcción en obra negra que lo cubre por el ángulo del sol, y tampoco dan toallas para al alberca.

Que el hotel está cerca de la playa.

Su publicidad es engañosa ya que tienen enfrente una gran construcción en obra negra sin terminar que tapa la vista al mar además de que se ve horrible y deprimente. La habitación que nos dieron tenía olor a insecticida y era muy pequeña, (no como aparece en las fotos de su publicidad), por lo cual pedimos cambio a otra habitación que a regañadientes nos dio la señorita de la administración. Al tercer día por la mañana salimos a la playa de nombre Mazunte, que no está cerca del hotel y nos llamaron al celular para decirnos que teníamos que desalojar la habitación que porque ya la tenían reservada para ese mismo día,siendo que ya habíamos pagado la diferencia, tuvimos que regresar a sacar nuestras pertenencias porque de otra forma iban a entrar a sacarlas. Nos regresaron a la misma habitación que ocupamos anteriormente siendo que casi no había huéspedes y había muchos cuartos desocupados, y la habitación que nos dijeron que estaba reservada nunca se ocupó. Afortunadamente cuando tuvimos que regresar, sólo pasamos una noche ya que al otro día temprano salimos para continuar nuestras vacaciones en otro lugar. Definitivamente nos llevamos una muy mala impresión de ese lugar...

Desgraciadamente, aunque la ubicación Logística es buena, la ubicación para descanso es muy mala, tienen la desfortuna de tener un bar que funciona en la modalidad de After hasta las seis de la mañana, el cual no te permite descansar, realmente ni con tapones auditivos yo que soy de sueño pesado, podía evitar escuchar el ruidoeso y algunos fallos en el Internet serían puntos a mejorar de hospedaje

La ubicacion a una cuadra de zicatela y de la subida para la autopista. Limpieza notable. Alberca comoda para pasar un buen rato.

Cobro indebido, trato deficiente y condiciones insalubres

La verdad hay mejores opciones cerca y a mejores precios

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Desde el check-in hubo irregularidades con el cobro en efectivo, ya que no se entregó el cambio correspondiente ni se proporcionó recibo, y al hacer el reclamo, el personal respondió de forma hostil e intimidante. Esto generó una sensación de inseguridad desde el primer momento. Durante la estancia, la alberca permaneció sucia todos los días, la habitación presentaba humedad visible en techos y paredes, y por las noches hubo música fuerte hasta altas horas, sin respetar los horarios de silencio establecidos por el propio hotel. He notado que otras personas han reportado experiencias similares, por lo que no considero que haya sido un caso aislado. En lo personal, no recomendaría este alojamiento.

PODRIAN CAPACITAR AL PERSONAL SOBRE ELLO. EL TAMAÑO DE LAS TOALLAS DE HABITACIÓN ES DIMINUTA, ESTÁN SUMAMENTE DESGASTADAS. NO ME AGRADÓ QUE SOLICITARÁN QUE MIS HUESPEDES HICIERAN EL CHECK OUT ANTES, SÓLO PORQUE ELLOS NO CONTABAN CON PERSONAL SUFICIENTE PARA REALIZAR EL ASEO DE LAS HABITACIONES. NO TIENE ELEVADOR, Y HAY BASTANTES ESCALERAS, NO HAY ACCESOS PARA DISCAPACITADOS O TERCERA EDAD.

Me gusto la ubicación principalmente, pero la habitación estuvo bastante bien.

La habitación grande, cama cómoda y contaba con un pequeño balcon agradable para leer y había posibilidad de cocinar si se necesitaba ya que tenia un espacio de cocina con ollas, sartenes, vasos y platos, pero lo que más me gusto fue la ubicación.

Si había fiesta en alguno de los lugares cerca de la playa se escuchaba muchisimo lo que hacia dificil descansar en fin de semana. El personal de recepción no era amable pero el de limpieza si. No tiene elevador por lo que si te toca en los pisos de arriba debes de subir tus maletas por la escalera.
