Do not stay there, it is a mile away from civilization.

Clean

The location is terrible , in the middle of nowhere. The property didn’t coffee let alone breakfast, and you are a mile away from civilization. It is an area that has been stopped from building due to politician corruption (big surprised) so we were in between unfinished buildings all over the place. Find something in proper zicatella.

Stay somewhere else if you can

The staff is very attentive to all needs and requests we made in our stay. There's a water dispenser on every floor which helps a lot.

The hotel is located in the middle of two touristic areas, so you will have to walk, at least 10 min, to get a restaurant or anything. The value for the money is not the best. There's an evident need of maintenance to the rooms and a lack of toiletries that I'd expect to be better for the price. Rooms are clean. Although we had to change the room because we found bugs in the beds. Presumably not bed bugs but generated a sense of uneasy feeling in our stay.

Perfect value for price

It was comfortable and near the Zicatela beach. We booked on same day of check-in, in the evening as the other accommodation was below our expectations. This accommodation was a relief and perfect after the bad experience. Thank you!

Average stay, poor location - reliant on taxi/scooter

good size spacious rooms. reasonable value in comparison to others around. pleasant staff and fantastic clean of the room daily.

location isn’t great at all. in between la Punta & zicatela. dark roads to both so would consider unsafe to walk in the evening. no options of shops/ bars / restaurants so definitely reliant on taxis/ scooter. lots of ants in the bathroom & outdated bed covers. could definitely do with a little TLC to make this a really great hotel!

- we booked “deluxe” room and we got very small uncomfortable and very dirty apartment. You just open your door right to your bed. - no wifi! absolutely! 2-4mb in 2023 how it’s possible? - super small pool with the wall view - you don’t have nothing in your room: no glasses/cups, no refrigerator, no pictures on the walls, very small old tv. Just dust all around. Like in prison. - you spent a huge money for the huge paintings on the walls in lobby but you can’t buy that cheap new garbage basket ?.. seriously?)) - Location is terrible! nothing around where to eat and always “red flag” on the beach. Be ready that you can’t get a DIDI taxi from there in the evening. - And after check out they wanted to report (take money from) me for the MY OWN broken plate)))

Very clean, big room, very close to the beach, nice staff, street parking available, comfortable beds. Room was cleaned every day, hot water.

Very bed internet connection impossible to work and even watch a movie. There is no place to put wet shoes from the beach or sandy towels outside the room, so everything gets really messy, but they do clean every day.

When we arrived they gave as a room right in front of the pool, couple of meters away from the main entrance. And there was no proper door but just a window to enter the pool. We asked for a change the day after and paid the difference for a “better” room (without those conditions).

Nice, quite, comfortable and close to the beach

It is very close to the beach, they have parking and it's enclosed with a gate, staff was very friendly. It's nice that they have a water dispenser in floors 2 and 3 with cold and hot water which is very helpful to refill your water bottles and make coffee or tea because they also have coffee and tea bags in the reception area. The pool is nice and the top floor has a terrace to see the sunsets with tables and 2 hammocks, there is also a small store right around the corner.

They gave us a roof in the top floor (there is 4 floor levels) but they don't have elevator so carrying luggage up and down is a hassle specially with the stairs which are narrow on the turns. It is also far from restaurants. You can walk to the malecón but its about 20 minute walk or there are a couple of restaurants that deliver for about 60 pesos.

Spatious, clean rooms with very comfortable bed. Good shower. Staff was friendly. Many complain about the location, but if you have a scooter, it's actually pretty great. Otherwise everything is kinda walkable, but not something you'll wanna do a lot.

upon arrival the lady charged me extra per night because I had my 5 year old daughter with me and I didn’t put her on reservation . front desk lady then told me she was not going to report that my daughter was with me and she pocketed the money !!!! after she told me that there are cameras watching her so she had to charge me for my daughter ???? tons of ants throughout property , towels were dingy and old , no shampoo , room was run down .
