Wonderful, chic stay in the heart of La Punta, with the most wonderful and helpful staff imaginable!

Staff super friendly, personable, and helpful. Location can't be beat for La Punta—5mins walk from everywhere, but also just off on a side street, away from the noise. Chic, modern Mexican decor and ambiance. Café on-site.

Hot water was finicky a day or two I was there. I sleep with earplugs and white noise every night, which was more than sufficient to block everything, but in the absence of those, soundproofing with the courtyard noise was weak

Great location close to the beach modernly designed according to the spirit of the place

They were really helpful when we ask them questions regarding the transport and requests regarding the accommodation.

The WiFi service was quite low in the room so we were not able to use it. The bathroom was very tiny.

La ubicación en punta zicatela es buenisima, a unas cuadras de la calle “principal” con restaurantes bares y tiendas. El alojamiento muy acogedor y se sentía seguro.

En las noches hay bastante ruido de la música de los restaurantes o bares que están cerca, pero es como en un horario hasta las 11 o 12 de la noche

Es un buen lugar - algunos pequeños aspectos son mejorables

La ubicación es excelente, al lado de todos los bares y restaurantes y muy cerca de la playa. La piscina, un poco sucia, pero está en un entorno muy lindo. Las habitaciones son amplias y estaba todo limpio.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y no pudimos ducharnos hasta unas horas después. El wifi podría funcionar mejor, o sea si hay conexión gratuita, pero quizá el ancho pueda ser mejorable. Hay un bar en la piscina pero cierra muy pronto y no tiene cerveza. Solo ofrecen desayunos y la preparación es muy lenta.

Voldeed niet aan de basics

De locatie

Het leek meer op een hostel; werd in avonduren hele hard muziek gedraaid. Hierdoor lukte het niet om te gaan slapen. Kwam ondanks de oortjes nog door. Op twee dagdelen was er in de ochtend geen water. Dus kon ik niet douchen, tandenpoetsen, of toilet doortrekken. Op dag van check uit is dat extreem vervelend, dat je niet fris weg kan. Verder zijn de gordijnen doorzichtig. Hierdoor schijnen de lampen van in de koert door en je kan er doorheen kijken. Wat nul privacy geeft. Al met al voldeed het niet aan de basics en vind boetiek hotel wel hoog gegrepen.

Realmente el hospedaje es espectacular, esta recién remodelado y muy limpio. La atención de las dueñas fue espectacular, muy amables; serviciales y especiales. Súper recomendado este hospedaje, las cajas y baños limpios y cómodos. Además tiene una ubicación espectacular, muy buenos restaurantes a sólo pasos y la playa muy cerca. Puerto escondido es muy hermoso y este hospedaje es perfecto para ir allá

Muy feliz

La atención del personal fue muy buena, el lugar esta muy bonito, fresco y aunque tiene aire acondicionado a veces no se necesita. Las instalaciones en general muy bien y el internet muy bueno, se ve que están mejorando muchas cosas y seguro todo va a quedar aun mejor.
