Great stay but cleanliness needs attention

This small hotel is just beautiful, cosy, there is friendly staff 24h to answer your questions. The kitchen is well equipped, pots, cutlery, mugs.... coffee machine, gaz stove, microwave, fridge, freezer and purified water at disposal. My bedroom was just lovely, big confortable bed, nice furniture, big shower and hot water except once in the morning. Almost no dog barking which is rare in Puerto. The 4 lanes road is not far so it's not completely quiet but still very OK.

My bedroom was not clean as it should be. I had to clean the window to be able to see through it, same for bedside table, chair, the floor in the bathroom hadn't been broomed, rests of nails and cotton bud, hairs. It's a shame because this hotel is just a great place.

FRUSTRATING PLACE. BEAUTIFUL BUT UNLOVED, UNCLEAN and UNKEMPT!

Architecturally it is a gem with a lovely pool and well proportioned rooms and plenty of cooling breezes. There is the great Olitas del Mar restaurant a couple of hundred meters down the road which is a blessing as the food is exceptional !! Also the market is not too far and the choice of fresh seafood and veg anparalleled! It is a long way to downtown if that's your thing. It's an extraordinarily beautiful property in perhaps the wrong p[lace with the wrong caretakers? With caring management it would a be a go to accomodation in PE but the Mexico City owners appear to have let it go?

The kitchen area is very dirty, strewn with the staffs food and possessions. Some of the equipment needs replacing. The hob was disgusting, historically filthy as was the electric cocktail mixer. The gold fish in the pool died ove rthe days wer were there? The staff spend most of the time on social media on their phones in quiet corners of the property which was rediculous concidering there is so much to be cleaned, fixed, washed, cleared up etc. It really is a shame as the property looks wonderful in pictures and the bones of a great small hotel are there, but three years old and uncared for !!!!!

the place itself is really nice, the pool was clean, theres free water and wifi works fine, also the bed is comfy and the shower is nice, also liked the room.

I feel like kitchen and the "living room"/table could be cleaner, also the location is not the best one because is not that close to the beach and a family staying there was very loud

The hotel has a nice relaxed vibe and trendy style. The pool was nice although we didn't get the chance to use it. Room was spacious and big comfy bed. Aircon etc. Close to a nice quiet beach.

You need a car or bike to get to town. There was no bar or anyplace to eat on site - there is a communal kitchen you can cook and store food in the fridge but it was a bit messy and unkempt... more like a hostel which wasn't in keeping with the style or price of the hotel.

The staff was really nice and the design of the place is very peaceful and well thought out. The pool area is very nice and we also appreciated there is a kitchen.

The only two details we encountered is that the pool was not very clean (there were many water bugs inside and not very clear) and that the second night nobody cleaned our room.

Es un sitio muy tranquilo de 8 habitaciones, la gente respeta mucho los silencios y zonas comunes, tienen recepcionista a todas horas y nos reservaron un taxi para ir al aeropuerto a las 5 am. Fueron muy atentos y el sitio es precioso y agradable.

El lugar está muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy grandes y los baños también. Hay mucha privacidad en las habitaciones y en el alojamiento, el personal es amable y te ayudan con lo que necesites.

La ubicación en Booking no es correcta, un taxi nos dejó en donde marcaba la ubicación y no era ahí, después intentamos comunicarnos por teléfono para que nos ubicaran y NUNCA contestaron. Tuvimos que preguntar y caminar. Si buscas no salir del alojamiento, está bien... pero para ir a restaurantes, a la playa o a algún bar, tienes que ir en taxi a fuerza. El agua de la alberca igual se veía medio rara, pensamos que eran los químicos y decidimos no meternos.

Un desastre

Las habitaciones eran amplias y estaban limpias

Las zonas comunes estaban sucias. La cocina muy sucia y no se podía cocinar porque no había mechero que funcionase. Hablamos con el alojamiento y tampoco solucionaron nada, no pudimos hacer uso de la compra que habíamos hecho para cocinar (ni cena ni desayuno). Reservamos el hotel también por su piscina pero esta estaba muy turbia y sin mantenimiento. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel.

Las instalaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy comfortables. La atmósfera del lugar te ayuda a relajarte y apreciar el paisaje, realmente se siente como un lugar íntimo y privado. Es seguro y tranquilo

Muy buena ubicación

Llegamos a las 5 pm y todavía no estaba lista la habitación. El hotel estaba lleno de basura, botellas, ceniza de cigarro. La alberca muy sucia y por lo tanto la empezaron a limpiar. Estuvo fuera de servicio y ya no pudimos hacer nada.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit

Sehr schöne Zimmer und toller Pool im Zentrum der Unterkunft. Zwei herrliche Nachbarshunde und eine Katze, die wir ab und an zu Besuch hatten. Sehr verschmust aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt und ruhig.

Leider ist die Straße (Stand April 2025) noch nicht asphaltiert und um die Unterkunft gab es noch Baustellen. Von Lärm kann aber NICHT die Rede sein. Der Strand ist fußläufig 20 Minuten entfernt.

Siamo stati molto bene !! Abbiamo deciso di aggiungere gironi ci hanno aiutato non ostante la struttura era piena .. c’era sempre qualcuno disponibile in struttura, camere pulite fanno sempre la pulizia . Con la macchina è vicino a tutto .. a piedi più impegnativo . L’unico che non ci ha piaciuto è che era pieno di cani per entrare e uscire dovevamo saltare tutti perché bloccavano la entrata tutto il tempo poi facevano pipì ovunque dentro la struttura anche mentre si stava in piscina .. loro accanto a fare pipì nelle palme … per un posto così bello secondo me non è tanto carino …

Irgendwo im Nirgendwo mit vielen Ameisen

Das Design des Zimmers und die Dachterrasse waren schön

Wir hatten riesige Ameisen im Zimmer dir durch die Fensterschlitze kamen. Zwei andere Zimmer hatten die gleichen Probleme. Letztlich haben wir bei einem 4ten Zimmer alle Schlitze mit Klopapier abgedichtet. Es war wahnsinnigen Lärm bis um 2 Uhr - der Rezeptionist hat die Gäste nicht beruhigen können sodass eine riesige Poolparty stattfand. Überall waren zudem Hunde und Hühner die ganze Nacht durch am Start. Die Lage ist wirklich schwierig - es gibt nichts als Ruinen rings herum und Staub. Ist nur etwas für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise... Der Pool ist nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern...
