Not worth the money but great location.

The location, one of the ladies at the entrance was very nice and supportive.

The towels were all broken, the smell of the rooms was really bad (including the detergent they used to wash the room). There was hair is the corners and the shower was broken.

Far too expensive for what it was

Aesthetically pleasing; the restaurant at the bottom of the hotel was good, the pool / inner courtyard was good.

There was no soundproofing and you could hear everything from inside, from other guests to the loud music from the bar next door to the construction across the street; the drains had no odour stop valve so the foul smells emanated periodically from the bathroom; the bed was all springs and uncomfortable; the staff didn't explain anything about the hotel or what was included.

Very good

Access to a pool with cold outdoor shower was a huge bonus, especially in the scorching heat during our stay! Our room was cleaned and bedding and towels replaced everyday which was great! Really enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, and it was in a great location on the main strip, close to all the bars and restaurants, and the beach! Bonus to get 10% discount from Sativa cafe on the ground floor.

Wifi didn't quite reach to our room, so we had to stay by the pool to access it properly. It was pretty noisy during the day and early evening, but that's what you get for being in such a central location! The noise from the bars did pretty much stop by 11pm as the surfers are in bed for their early morning starts!

We had an awesome stay, very helpful staff, right in the middle of la punta. Great air conditioning, awesome area out by the pool, cafe below does great food too!

Exceptional

The staff went over and above. From the restaurant in the property to the management team who assisted with so many questions without being bothered or rushed to answer. To an upgrade request and even a ride into town by Layla the manager. Plus a 4-hour round trip pick up that Arleth, the shift manager on arrival, organized to have her father drive to pick up my daughter Down the coast at the next airport.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. We had to check out in the morning but had a late night flight, the staff offered the hotel facilities- pool, lounge area, and freshwater showers- towels, to us until we had to leave.

Beach holiday

The location was excellent, very close to the beach and great restaurants and cafes. The pool was absolutely lovely!

We didn't have WiFi in our room during our entire stay because the signal didn't reach that far. When we mentioned it to the staff, they just shrugged their shoulders, said there was nothing they could do and that they wouldn't move us to a different room.

We are so glad we picked San Martin. Location is perfect, fully accessible and comfort level 10.

The location is ideal, it is a third of the way down the strip of La Punta, you feel the atmosphere around you but it’s in a spot that means; should you wish for chill time, you can. The team here were lovely, always available for questions or to coordinate. We parked in their on-site spots around the back, easily accessible and safe. The pool area is a highlight, it gets sun for most of the day and they do well to provide shaded areas and tables for working should you wish. The cafe attached has delicious options, with sharing platters and health conscious choices. Water re-fill available too. In the rooms the details are lovely. It’s clean, neat, air conditioned and with additional Fans. You get the courtyard view to the pool and the view to the street with a hammock on the street side.

The rooms were well decorated and clean and the sheets and bedding were lovely. We arrived unwell and felt so lucky to have a comfortable room with AC and hot water! Pool is lovely!

Lo único bueno aquí es la ubicación porque está en el corazón de la Punta Zicatela, todo lo demás MAL

un llamado a todos los huéspedes: este es un hotel de 1 estrella que solo por haber cambiado su branding quiere hacerse pasar por hotel de 3 estrellas… el cuarto está horrible… los COLCHONES, el baño, la puerta, el servicio, la regadera, el lavabo, el baño, los colchones, las sábanas, el cuarto, el baño, mencioné el baño? todo mal este es un lugar que por su ubicación atrae clientes pero que no le han invertido ni un peso desde no se cuándo y no vale la pena pagar dinero por quedarse aquí cuando estás rodeado de mejores lugares este y otros “hoteles” de puerto que se quieren aprovechar de su ubicación… ojalá inviertan un poco en sus instalaciones antes de seguir subiendo sus precios no lo recomiendo, hay mejores por menos dinero o por un poco de más dinero también

Ligger meget tæt på havet og i centrum af byen

Fordi det ligger i centrum af byen og lige ved siden af en bar, er der utroligt meget larm. Musikken fra baren slukker først ved 23:30 tiden og vi blev vækket klokken 4:30 af en slamsluger ude foran hotellet som først stoppede klokken 6. Sengen var i stykker (sank i den ene side) og den var meget lille. Sengetøjet var ikke rent. Alt i alt var der ikke behageligt at være.

Bien pero no vale el costo

La atención al final de la encargada que nos ayudó bastante. Está muy cerca de la playa. Es un buen lugar si no quieres comodidad y solo llegar a dormir un poco y bañarte e irte a la playa todo el día. La albercas estaba bien.

El lugar está bien pero las fotos son engañosas. Les falta mantenimiento, el baño está bastante descuidado espejo, lavabo, taza de baño etc. El baño está espacioso para poner ub mueble adicional Las puertas tanton de entrada como del baño son de latón, es muy ruidoso, no tenían toallas de mano. Las camas eran duras, no tenían TV, el Internet era muy lento, no tiene caja fuerte, y luego no tenían toallas suficientes para la playa, espejo adicional al del baño y definitivamente no es un lugar para personas con una discapacidad móvil.

Mittendrin - süß und fein - immer wieder

Sehr zentral , süßes Zimmer mit Balkon und hatte auch einen Pool . Auch das integrierte Restaurant war schön , hatte Gute Frühstücksangebote und auch Getränke Angebote . Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt

Da es zentral ist , ist es auch ein wenig lauter als unser Air BnB gewesen - und die Badezimmer riechen immer ein bisschen und sind nicht so super schön , dennoch hat es uns gefallen . Man darf nicht vergessen es ist ein Strand dorf und sollte nicht mit europäischen Standards gemessen werden

Está muy descuidado, falta mantenimiento y tuvimos un momento muy incómodo tuvimos la mala suerte de sufrir un intento de extorsión con información que únicamente sabía el personal del hotel, me he estado comunicando con la gerente Fernanda Morales a partir del incidente pues me dijo que iba a dar seguimiento y solución y no he tenido respuesta

Heerlijke plek in La Punta

Rustige plek, want we hadden geluk dat het restaurant/bar naast het hotel dicht was (waar veel andere recensies spreken over geluidsoverlast). Tijdens een avond klussen hadden zij muziek aan, en toen merkte wij wel meteen dat je het heel goed kunt horen binnen. Heel fijn zwembad met bedjes, waar wij vrijwel elke keer de enige gasten waren. Dus we hadden dat zwembad voor onszelf. Hele fijne plek om even te relaxen. Locatie in La Punta is perfect, je zit wel in het deel waar de barretjes en restaurants zitten, maar net niet midden in de drukte. Voor ons perfect.

Kleine en gedateerde badkamer. Inrichting van de kamer was erg basic, maar prima. De voordeur en de balkondeur waren erg dun en hadden niet zulke goede sloten, maar geen problemen mee gehad.

Una semana en Hotel San Martin La Punta con mis tres amigas

La ubicación es excelente: esta a máximo tres minutos caminando de la playa, en la cual además no vas a encontrar tanta gente. También los mejores restaurantes (a mi parecer) están a pocos minutos del hotel, y si uno estaba muy lleno, siempre había más opciones. Quienes viajan con amigos sabrán que después de un día el cuarto puede ser un desastre, por lo que también opino que el servicio de limpieza siempre fue muy bueno y las personas muy amables. La alberca y el área común muy a gusto, tranquila, buena temperatura y limpia.

A veces en la mañana se escuchaba mucho ruido del restaurante o de la calle, pero nada del otro mundo tomando en cuenta que le dimos prioridad a la ubicación.

Hotel San Martin ligt op een perfecte locatie en heeft een hele mooie prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het zwembad is heel fijn en de kamer werd tussentijds schoongemaakt.

Er is géén gemeenschappelijke keuken. De foto’s zijn misleidend. De foto’s van het penthouse suggereren dat er een gemeenschappelijke ruimte en keuken is maar die behoren tot de penthouse. WIFI op de 2e verdieping werkte niet. En de airconditioning in de kamer hing op een ongunstige plek waardoor je in bed op de tocht ligt. Gelukkig was er ook een fan.
