Enjoyed the stay

I loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. Also it was very close to the centre of town and local parks

Very average.

Close to the centre of town.

Small beds, windiws didn't open more than an inch. Overhead shower not usable as the water would spray over the top of the screen and water in it was very cold then very hot.

Average, not particularly comfortable for tall people

The staff was very nice and polite.

Due to a problem with one of the two apartments we booked, we were given another apartment for all of us a little further from where we hoped to stay (they offered us a late check-out to make up for it).The beds were quite short and I couldn't fit in. The bathroom with the toilet didn't have a window, but only a fan. It had carpet on the floor (I know it's quite common in the UK, but I really don't like it).

Lovely apartment.obnoxious owners

The location, apartment itself was fantastic- but what let down my stay was the landlord rudely insisting they were showing potential buyers for the property during my stay. The way they disregarded my wishes was deeply offensive and rude.

Disappointed with the property we were allocated which was not the one we booked!

Freshly decorated and new beds. There was parking on the drive for 2 cars.

The house we were given was not the Albion St apartment we chose. It was much further out of town in a council estate with no WiFi, limited tv signal and a dodgy microwave. Whilst the sofa was comfortable the 2 chairs were not so I spent most of the evening sat on the floor. As a family group no WiFi meant our baby monitors didn’t work and with no stair gate either, we sat in silence after they went to bed. Very poor experience.

Completely different location to what was booked

House was big and clean

The location was a 22 minute walk away from Albion Street where it said it was. The Central Hotel manage lots of different properties across Cheltenham and although I booked an apartment on Albion Street and had even received confirmation of the address, when I got there I was sent to a house on a council estate more than a mile from the original property. This increased my walk from the town centre from 5 mins to nearly half an hour! Also the TV didn't work at all as the aerial didn't work

Lied to! Booked one accommodation only to be given a completely different one and not reimbursed

Beware this company! Totally mislead. Booked a stay in Albion St apartments and received confirmation of the accommodation address being in Albion Street. When we arrived to check in, we were told we were staying in Whaddon Road - which is a mile out of town. I was travelling with my two children and had booked an apartment in town specifically so we could easily access an event. We were offered an alternative, which would have meant we didn’t each get a bed, so we turned it down. The accommodation we were offered is not that which is shown in the photos. It does not have internet access. It doesn’t even have a shower. It was a shabby house in a residential street 20 minutes from town, the plug sockets in the kitchen didn’t work and the counters were dirty. Additionally, I am out of pocket having paid for car parking in town near Albion Street, and then for a taxi to get us from the new accommodation. I spoke to staff on arrival at the property and later that evening to explain my disappointment and have just been advised they will not reimburse the parking and taxi charges (over £30) and that the matter is closed.

It was close to the town centre, clean and had everything we needed. Tea and coffee provided too. Ideal apartment on ground floor (especially for a smoker!) with a nice courtyard outside

Great stay - just what we needed.

The location was great, really close to amenities. The apartment was a great size, and considering there were two of us, having seperate rooms was perfect. The bathroom had a great shower, and the living space was spacious and convenient.

The only thing was the windows let in a lot of noise, you could hear other residents in the corridor - not very sound proof in all ways. I also felt that the carpets throughout were pretty dirty.

Nothing was booking it and there is no mention of deposit and cost of the room per night is 60£ where they want me to pay a deposit of 250£ in reception

And no parking and have to walk 5 mins to another hotel to get the key and fill in forms and pay deposit 250 £ for 60 £ studios

Great location near the high street comfortable bed very clean and serviced well

Location, convenience the accommodation was nicely fitted out but could do with a bit of painting to tidy it up

No blinds on front windows, no freezer compartment in the fridge hardly any sugar with the tea and coffee it’s always handy if there are basic condiments too like salt pepper vinegar and sauces

I was mislead with the photos of the accommodation. They use photos of their best appartment to advertise the less attractive appartments. We were not put in the accommodation I was expecting to.

Apartment good, customer service after care terrible

Check in desk location was a bit confusing at first, eventually found location. Chap was helpful at check in, however there was a bit of confusion as there was no mention of a security deposit and had to make additional arrangements and go to ATM to get 250 pounds out even though room cost was just 100 pounds. Eventually paid 200 pounds on my credit card and 50 cash on the acceptance that I would get my security released back to me immediately after checkout.... I assumed the cash shouldn't be an issue and figured the amount on my card would be released within a week. It has now been over 1 month and amount is still held on my credit card. My biggest issue was with customer services after checkout and that the woman I spoke to on three occasions honestly could not care and insisted that a cancellation had been sent to my credit card company. My credit card company have received no such notification and will automatically cancel the pending charge after 30 business days if not charged. I am still waiting for this to happen. Had I know this was going to happen I would of just withdrew cash and paid that was and accepted my credit card charges on that. Lack of information at check inn and customer service after care was very bad I definitely will not be staying with this company ever again

Short distance from the center.

No table were to eat your food ( so either os the floor or standidng in the kitchen counter or on the bed), no internet as it was the most important for me as I was working and needed it (staff had no Ideea how to fix it and the didn’t do anything about it) washing machine not working (I’ve been trying for like 4 days and explain to every one of the employee that works there what it’s going on because none of them pass the message to each other to try and get someone to fix it but nothing happened). It’s definitely not worth and not going to make the same mistake next time.
