Lovely house, nicely decorated and furnished, great facilities, tea/coffee/sugar supplied. Comfortable. Good access arrangements. Owner very friendly and helpful. Car parking, short stroll into town.

Disappointing second stay.

Location was great, within walking distance of the town. House was warm once we turned the heating g on, it was cold when we arrived. Good sized house with comfortable lounge furniture and beds.

Unfortunately we didn’t find it very clean, the en-suite shower cubicle was very dirty and the windowsill and frame in the bedroom hadn’t been cleaned in some time and were mouldy and black. The oven was dirty with food remaining in the oven tray. The dishwasher had broken glass in the filter along with paper which prevented it from working correctly. There is only one tray in the oven. Hand towels were more like flannels and only one towel oer person, which made it difficult especially if you washed your hair ( for people with long hair).

Lovely large place close to shops

Large accommodation with everything you would need. Parking at back gate ideal. Short walk to the pub, restaurants and shops. Kitchen well equipped. Has separate bathroom and ensuite. Smart tv with netflix and prime (using own account) in lounge and bedroom.

Ensuite could do with a face lift with grout and sealant a little mouldy in places. Shower tray did fill with water but eventually drained away. Could possibly be improved even better by addition of airfryer

Clean and comfortable. Good location not far from Blackpool. Adequate off road parking at the rear of the property. Well stocked kitchen. Clear self check in instructions. Free WiFi and smart TV. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. Comfy beds with fresh bed linen.

Great place, would highly recommend

The accommodation was in a great location, only a short walk into Lytham town. It was close to shops, bars, restaurants as well as a great sand and water play park for our children. The accommodation was clean, had everything needed and was very comfortable. It had a lovely garden that we were able to relax in the sunshine!

All in all a lovely stay just needed a good clean.

Very spacious with nice furnishings good location

Outside looked shabby windows and sills needed cleaning. Inside smelt stale lounge smelt like dogs. Sills and skirling boards needed cleaning. Toilet/basin/shower unit en suite needed a good clean - cleanliness not 5 star. Needed some air fresheners around the property. Not a good look for the extra bedding to be in the lounge a nice unit /cupboard in the space would suffice. All the above can easily be rectified then I would rate 5 star

We had an excellent weekend

The host was extremely helpful, allowing us to store fridge items prior to checking in, It was a warm weekend and it was much appreciated. A lovely little welcome card as we walked in was an added touch

Cleanliness is not up to standard. En suite shower needs a good scrub. White doors have dirty hand marks. Cob webs everywhere. Looks tired and in need of a good spruce up.

Gorgeous house in a gorgeous area. The host was incredibly accommodating and we were able to check in early which was a life saver! There was plenty of cutlery/plates etc and the beds were really comfortable. We all loved it 😊

Good location, decent sized rooms.

Deceptively good size. Comfortable beds. Communication was excellent. Nice patio area. The property is larger than it looks from the outside.

The cleaning could be a little better in a couple of places - it’s was generally fine, but a couple spots could be better - e.g the cleaner should clean behind the toilet seat or some of the cupboards shelves would have benefited from a wipe (the crockery and plates were spotless though). Whilst not expected, perhaps a few basic essentials like washing up liquid and a few tea bags would be a nice touch.

Good location, feels spacious

Needs a better cleaner, we had to clean the oven before using it because it was filthy. Bits on the floors and hair ball found behind bedroom door. Lots of cobwebs and dust. Utensils left behind from previous guests in fridge etc, bins smelt and dirty and needed a clean too. The tv in main bedroom needs updating as the sound doesn’t sound right.

VILE - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - BIOHAZARD - BEWARE - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I HAVE PHOTO'S BUT BOOKING.COM ARE SUPPRESSING MY ABILITY TO UPLOAD. FROM START TO FINISH (we just couldn't stay there with our child - it was a health risk - totally disgusting) this booking was a DISGRACE. Sarah, the owner, suggested the house was cleaned BUT it clearly hadn't been cleaned or touched in YEARS!! Blood residue on mattress toppers in lounge area, absolutely shocking. All areas of the property were totally disgusting. Never been cleaned. I travelled with my family including our young 2 year old child. We stepped foot into the property and was absolutely shocked and disgraced at how bad things were. We had a very bad feeling from the outset when Sarah, the owner, contacted us to ask how many of the beds we wanted "made up" - how about ALL of them as we've paid for the entire property. Red flags from the very first interaction. The towels (if you can call them that - merely hand towel sized) we no good for anyone. Smelly, disgusting, never been washed and the not suitable for a family traveling. Absolute waste of time.
