Location - handy to get to the town and shore by car. Quiet and private despite being adjacent to a main road. Very comfortable beds generally very clean.
Very little storage to put clothing. Would have liked more than 1 towel each for the four nights. Some of the cookware has seen better days. We found watching TV uncomfortable as it is fixed high on the wall. Surplus bedding was stored in the lounge and although this wasn't in our way it did look untidy. Also not keen on the big containers in the kitchen for recycling etc.

Thank you for the provisions in the kitchen. Dishwasher tablets and liquid are very useful/practical for people just staying a couple of days. Off street parking was a big bonus.
Watered down liquid soap in the bathrooms.
