Great location for buses to Lytham and Blackpool
Only let down was that it wasn’t ready for our check in time and the oven didn’t work

The accomodation was exceptional so very well decorated and clean, and extremely well situated, disappointed i hadnt booked a second night. Fantastic for the kite festival we would absolutely love to stay again.

I've stayed before and it's a nice place to stay otherwise I wouldn't have gone back
The leak on the kitchen tap was still there, There was water coming down the wall in the bedroom.and the shower was blocked
