Beautiful property once you get inside. Rooms are bigger than they look on the photos which was a lovely surprise!

We had a lovely time here , it was my friends 60 th birthday so it had a decent sized comfy living room for us to sit at night and catch up , fully equipped kitchen with supplies which was a great touch along side milk , biscuits , tea , coffee, sugar and water which were a big help as we didn’t have to bring them or buy them when we arrived , great communication with the owner and explained everything we needed to know beforehand and also left their number if needed … very comfy beds , nice bathroom , we had a lovely weekend and would definitely return

Parking was tricky at times on the main road, though we always found somewhere close enough.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Clean and spacious apartment within easy reach of the town centre. Very well equipped for a family who wanted to prepare food. Everything was very cosy and comfortable. Hosts were amazingly accommodating, communication was first class.

Nothing! The apartment was perfect for our stay as a family of 2A 2C. The only things I felt could be made available to enhace a stay would be an overvenproof dish and a mop -.but that's me being very picky.

It was lovely every home comfort and everything we needed.

Spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed. Perhaps a Bluetooth speaker would have been nice but it didn’t affect our stay.

It was advertised as " free parking at the property" Access through garden gate off busy road. No parking. Couldn't park outside property so as my husband is disabled we left after only one night. No refund offered.

We had a wonderful Twixmas at 34 One and would recommend it to anyone, all year round.

It was exactly as shown. Beautifully furnished, characterful and cosy. The equipment was easy to use, TV, oven and heating - we didn’t use the dishwasher, washing machine or tumble dryer, but appreciated how well equipped 34 One is, particularly with towels, t-towels, toilet roll and a well stocked “essentials” cupboard in the kitchen. Plenty of electric sockets and lovely hot water. We stayed at Twixmas and there was a lovely little tree lit up to welcome us.

The second bedroom is suitable for children.

A beautiful property, very well decorated, furnished and equipped. The host really have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. This is our 2 time staying at Lytham St Anne’s and know where we will be staying if we come back again!

Very convenient location for shops, restaurants, sea front. Spotlessly clean apartment. Kitchen was well equipped. Large comfortable sitting room. Responsive and friendly host. The twin bedroom was very compact but not an issue for us. Heating system very effective (travelled with elderly parents) .

I wouldn’t say it’s something I didn’t like, but if I was staying longer, and I’ll definitely be coming to stay again I would maybe like a small TV in the bedroom.

One of the Best staycations we've had xx

Everything was Brilliant, location, loads of shops, takeouts, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a beautiful clean beach all in walking distance. The apartment was Amazing. Everything you needed was there. Spotlessly clean, lovely neighbours. Really pleased we found this place, we hope to stay again xx

Really nice bright airy apartment, very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The shared front garden was pleasant to sit out in the evening. Very convenient for the seafront, shops and eating out.

Just small points about the description of facilities - we started off looking for a car park but parking is on-street rather than on-site. The terrace was more like a back yard.

Beautiful apartment - highly recommended!

The apartment is beautifully decorated and is in excellent condition. The outdoor areas are a great with a back yard off the kitchen and a front garden. The bus routes are 1 min away with regular buses to Lytham and Blackpool. Friendly host. We really loved our stay!

It was home from home, instantly relaxed as we walked through the door. clean, warm and decor stylish. Chris and Nicola communicated pre, during and post our stay, making it a hassle free trip so may daughter could dance her best at a competition… normally stressful events. Lytham St Annes worth a trip. Hopefully we will get to finals again next year, to revisit this lovely get away.

Excellent Apartment & Great Location

We loved everything about this apartment very clean comfortable. The lovely little touches flowers, milk, water and biscuits. Excellent location close to train and bus service shops and restaurants. Chris was really welcoming and helpful in the lead up to our stay and during out stay.
