Great stay for a short getaway

We loved the location and off road parking. The apartment was especially clean throughout. Plenty of hot water. The apartment was warm on arrival. Plenty of restaurants are very nearby. Great value for money.

The settee was very uncomfortable and the middle dipped really badly. We managed to place cushions in the middle of the seat area to level this area up. Staying in the winter results with longer spells sitting inside. The shower cubicle is very small - the smallest we've ever used. The main front door into a number of apartments had to be forced fully pulled to close the door. The whole door frame shook when anybody used the door. No soft lighting just spotlights throughout.

great stay but we need to order the weather next time

great location although we did miss the turn off for the road first time round. not an issue prob our fault cos only a small road between shops. it was easy to access and was so clean and lovely inside. would recommend

Great place , good location , great apartment no 3 clean and everything you need !

The sofa bed/settee was far too uncomfortable to sit on in the evenings so we managed with the chairs and this us only because of our age 60 plus . Could do with some coat hooks near the front door.

Very happy with accommodation, close to all the shops, a very good base to stay.

Very clean on arrival, towels were provided. I managed to get in earlier for a cost of £20. The apartment was bigger than expected, had a bath and shower. The lady we met, who was cleaning, on arrival was very friendly and helpful. There is no messing around you get a code for your apartment key from a lockbox. I was very happy with the accommodation, we stayed 3 nights and could easily stay there longer, comfortably. I would recommend, you could not fault the accommodation. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. A good base for exploring or going to the beach.

The main thing is there is no parking, I was lucky and able to park at the property. I tried to book at Sainsburys through an app but it would not work. It is not close to the property if you have difficulty walking its a good walk away which I would have struggled with.

A surprise - in a good way.

Breakfast not applicable. Spotless apartment. All necessary equipment. Very modern. Good location. Nice touches with plug in diffusers and little plant pots. Good to have blinds instead of curtains.

No hooks to be seen - would have been so helpful. Although booked for 3 the bedroom was made up for one. However on ringing the emergency number the lady came very quickly and rectified it. The hot water was VERY hot so we couldn't have showers on the Saturday morning - however the lady came once more to rectify it. Thank you.

Clean and well situated but no comfort.

Location was good, accommodation was clean but beds very uncomfortable seating was also uncomfortable. Water was boiling hot and pipes in shower were untouchable red hot, everything that was needed for a kitchen was there 👌. And the location was good.

Didn't like the bed and sofa bed easy chairs were rickety and unstable, water temperature was far too hot bubbling out of the taps. Outside door very noisy to close.

Deal breaker was no window in the bedroom. There was only 1 small window letting light in .very stuffy. No ventilation. Should have been told there was no windows.

Enjoyable prime location to everything and cheap

Location fabulous just around the corner from parents. Price excellent for a 3 night stay and comfy bed although could do with a bedside table don't think you need a bed that big as the bed settee wasn't that comfortable to sit on in the evening.

You had to slam the main entrance to shut it and unfortunately the house shuck and it was loud, especially when people were leaving at 7.00 or 8.00 in the morning.

Overall, a comfortable stay in a perfectly located little gem!

The location was ideal, and the property was exceptionally clean, and ready for our arrival. It was a nice little touch to have all home from home comforts.

The kitchen tap was dripping for the whole stay, and we could also hear some dripping from possibly the shower or tap from an upstairs property. The bedroom blinds would benefit from being black out blinds, especially in the summer months.

GOOD LOCATION

Roomy apartment with good facilities. Excellent location. We stayed in apartment 5 and managed to park on the street outside the apartment.

In the bedroom there was a bad smell which emanated from the mattress. Thankfully it was hot so we slept on top without having to sleep under the covers. Because of this we wouldn't stay again. A shame as it's a lovely apartment.

I appreciate that the prices will go up around the time of the Lytham festival but this was vastly overpriced. Uncomfortable old mattress, apartment considerably smaller than it’s made to look on the photos. Disappointing

Liked that the apartment was near train station and shops pubs and restaurants and in a quite area.

The shower was abit. small the oven was a problem every time we used oven to cook it set off smoke detectors even with windows open and extractor fan on. didn't get bedding changed or clean towels after a week as we were there for 10 days didn't see any staff only a cleaner cleaning an apartment.

Ok for a long weekend.

Kitchen an lounge were good. The property was clean

No curtain or blind on the Velux window above the bed. Upstairs flats could look directly into the bedroom. The bed was large and sited right against the wall. The person getting into the left hand side had to climb up from the bottom of the bed.

Compact apartment, new bedding needed

Central to the town

There was a slight smell of drains when initially entering the ground floor apartment. The door to the apartment didn't seem very secure, the frame had a gap all the way down one side. When the quilt was pulled back there was a large stain that looked like washed out blood (possibly menstrual) on the base sheet. It couldn't be missed so not sure why the bedding had been put on and not thrown. Sent a message for it to be changed or to move apartment. Had communicated that way before and didn't consider phoning the emergency number. As we were going out we left hoping it would be sorted. Arrived back around 9pm, not sorted or any reply. Put a towel over stain and went to bed. Got woken up at almost midnight (nearly gave us heart attack!) to someone banging on the door with the sheet saying we should have rang. A message and it left outside the door would have suficed.

Fabulous apartment

It was a lovely apartment for a family. Everything we needed facility wise. Spacious living area which was nice. The bed was so comfortable and big. Close to town and next to a corner shop, handy!

It was a fabulous weekend weather wise. They had blinds but no curtains so the bedroom was super light from 5am so no chance of a lay in. The shower was also very small but great pressure.
