Excellent have stayed there before. I grew up in St.Annes was visiting family

It was very clean had everything you could need. I especially loved the kitchen. The en suite shower room was lovely too. Very quiet no disturbances. I will be back down again in April.

The dirty bedroom caked in dust, bedside table even had nail clippings on it, putrid smell from the en-suite, shower trap looked like it had never been cleaned! Constant noise from works going on drilling and banging. When I complained the owner was aggressive and rude.

Always a joy to visit Lytham St Annes. The house is a stone's-throw from the beautiful beach. Apartment was very clean and well presented with everything you could need.

Bombarded with aggressive messages from host asking for her £20 cash for dogs staying 1 night even though I messaged her explaining we only had our phones and would transfer before leaving Bed uncomfortable Sewage smells from bathroom Bad communication from host No doubt she will reply to this aggressively as per other reviews

Beautiful apartment.

Beautifully furnished apartment. With all the essentials you need. Very spacious and the same price as a hotel. Absolute bargain.

The only draw back in the cold weather was probably the living room /kitchen area could do with another heater. It's a very large space with high ceilings.

Lovely 😊

The apartment was just the right size for my two Grandsons and myself. It was clean and cosy. Located just over the road from the beach was ideal. Walking distance to all the towns attractions and pubs and restaurants. The next day I messaged the hosts to see if I could use the car park even though we had checked out as the boys wanted an afternoon on the beach and they messaged back immediately to say of course we could. I will definitely book again. Thank you 😊

We had a lovely time as a family. The weather happened to be rubbish that weekend but it didn’t ruin our time there. The

All the amenities included. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Plus towels. In the kitchen there was washing up liquid etc included. It was very clean and everything worked. It was a home from home really. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely property, very relaxing, love visiting here, location is superb.

Everything, the accommodation is excellent, very comfortable, spotless and has everything you need for a fantastic stay away from home. Excellent location, on site parking. Accommodating hosts, nothing is too much trouble, always quick to reply to queries. Peaceful enclosed courtyard. Dog friendly, the close proximity of the beach for the early morning dog walk was fantastic.

There isn’t anything not to like about this property, it’s offers an excellent choice of accommodation options in the whole building.

Great Location for the beach.

Furniture & kitchen looked tired & worn. Can hear everything going on upstairs. There's only 1 panel of window that looks out to the sea & due to location, window is dirty. No other windows you can see out of (bedroom or bathroom). Received 4 emails to confirm booking, stopped reading after 2nd one only to find the 4th one right at the bottom tells you you need to pay an extra £15 for a dog stay. I shouldn't have to read reviews or emails to know this. As soon as we arrived thats the first thing the host asked for, and was quite persistent with it. When I search on booking.com & tick the box for pet friendly, you would like to think there would be something that clearly states this. I didn't have time to go into great detail when looking, it came up over a score of 9 so just booked.

Two day break near the sea

Great location and dog friendly so perfect for walks on the beach. Apartment had all amenities required. We met the hosts and were really friendly.

Being on the ground floor the noise from the apartment above was a little distracting.
