Apartment could have been cleaner , bathroom fine but oven / microwave streaky and skirting boards very dusty especially in kitchen and around bed area. Could do with a deep clean.

It was enjoyable

The property was lovely but would benefit from a deep clean. The shower could have done with a scrub and some paintwork needed cleaning. It wasn’t bad enough to spoil our stay. The apartment itself was really nice and in a good location.

Relaxing peaceful stay

There was a problem with the booking system but the hosts were quick to respond and offered us another beautiful apartment the location is perfect especially if you have a dog With you the beach is just across the road. The apartment was so clean and comfy we have stayed here before in different apartments and would not hesitate to book again..... thank you

Well equipped and great location.

Pet friendly which was great. However, no mention of the additional £20 charge until after we’d booked. Think £20 fair for 3 or 4 night stop but bit severe just for one night. Also, pet can’t be left unattended which rules out a trip to a restaurant or popping out for a cheeky beer 🙁

Great holiday home in perfect location for the beach with the dogs

Location was amazing, property was fab, bed really comfy. The property had everything you need for a self catering stay

The only downside was no secure space for the dogs meaning we had to leash them every time they went out, and no grass so unable to use the grass spike. Also, felt £25 for 2 extra hours on late check out was a little steep

Not a criticism please take as constructive feedback. We enjoyed our stay but curtains in the bedroom would be an improvement as the blinds let all the light in early in the morning.

We love Beach Hideaway Apartments!

Location is a massive plus being so close to beach and St Anne’s town centre with M&S and Ashton Gardens. Living room was comfortable and well-equipped.

Bathroom and kitchen could do with some attention. Bed not the most comfortable and light duvet insufficient given no spare blankets provided.

Lovely hideaway

Location, lovely spacious apartment, beautifully decorated and dog friendly

Blinds in bedroom too light to sleep need curtains, also with the outside light right above the window made it even lighter, no scissors in kitchen and needed a toilet brush. Need put instructions for cooker and heating in the information pack, took us a while to find the cooker instructions, couldn't find heating instructions. None of the above made our holiday bad, and we will book again.

Lovely and homely place to stay 🥰

It was in an absolutely great location for us. We don't have a car so it was close to the train station. It was great for the shops and the beach for taking the dog for walks. It was a very comfortable and homely place to stay. The whole flat was well equipped. It was warm enough for us and you could set the temperature on the radiators yourself. The courtyard was a nice space to go and sit. There was an information leaflet with the owners number incase you needed anything while staying at the property. We also really liked a piece of furniture, it would look lovely in our hall at home 😉 ha ha.

It's not that we didn't dislike anything 😊. It's just that we could have done with a little more work top space in the kitchen, only because we have most meals in. Didn't like taking the dog in the lovely courtyard (which you can do as long as on a lead) incase she toileted out there.

Location was really good, property was mostly really nice

The big damp patch on the living room ceiling causing bits of paint to fall on my partners head while we were watching a film, also the bed was rather “soft” it’s seems that it slumped in parts I woke with a very painful hip so much so I had to get up, me and my partner did not sleep well. The noise from the upstairs apartment went on till about 11:30pm sounded as if they were dragging wooden furniture around, I felt disappointed as me and my partner stayed here previously that’s why I booked it again but it wasn’t the same experience as we had last year.

Did not have enclosed garden as specified so could not let dog out safely for a wee! Havingvto put coat shoes and lead on in the middle of the night wasn't good and for that reason wouldn't think of taking dog there again which is a shame Also did not seem to be hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink.?

Very good

Fabulous location right across the road from the dog friendly beach. Only a 5 minute walk to all the shops and supermarkets along with the cinema, children's splash pool, trampolines, mini golf and play park all within walking distance too. The apartment was very clean and cosy with all the amenities you would expect. There were tvs in both the longue and bedroom and WiFi if needed. Also a little shared courtyard to the back of the property.

I would have liked to have a vacuum, especially being so close to the beach so that I could clean the sand off the floor. The courtyard was lovely but not secure so if you were to bring a dog they cannot be let off lead. Also there was no grass available so I was unable to let my dog outside for a quick wee at bedtime. This is not in anyway a negative point if you don't have a fussy dog like mine.

Bedroom door doesn't stay closed when the windows are open. No hot water in the kitchen. Crockery hadn't been cleaned properly, obviously this was the previous holiday makers responsibility

The apartment was absolutely immaculate, everything you could need for a home from home stay. Bed was the comfiest bed I've slept in. Location was ideal and the area was very quiet. Will definitely book again :)

Nice place, great location but unfortunately wouldn't come back through no fault of the owners.

All in all the place was ideally situated and had everything we needed. Private parking and plenty of it too.

Little confusing to begin with, the key wasn't in the lockbox, thankfully someone turned up and retrieved it for us but didn't get any answer when phoned both numbers. Didn't get a decent night's sleep either night. However nothing the owners could do, was down to kids running around upstairs all day and night.

A lovely apartment, in a perfect location, can’t wait to return!

Really love the location of these apartments. the access out the back gate means the shops are minutes away & the beach is straight across the road. We took our dog & it’s just the perfect spot. Accommodation is lovely, comfy and well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Poor water pressure meant showering was a bit of a pain and noise from the family who live in the apartment above was excessive. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment.
