I loved everything just a little cold due to freezing weather but nothing can be done about the weather.

Excellent stay and very good value for money compared to other properties

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and really good location to st Anne's pier. Would definitely book again but stay for more than one night next time!

The electric radiators took quite a while to warm up but once up to temperature all good. The shower didnt have the best water pressure but it was warm and adequate enough

Amazing stay!

Easy to collect keys, was emailed prior to arriving the keycode. The apartment was outstanding! Very spacious, bigger than we first thought, apartment was exceptionally clean, bed was so comfy, had a great nights sleep. Everything about the apartment was amazing, we cannot wait to go back again. We have definately found our new go to place in Lytham. Absolutely beautiful, we had such a relaxing stay, the apartment is right opposite the beach, and walking distance to everything. One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. Cannot recommend enough!

Perfect, would 100% book again!

This property is perfect! It is an old building & beautifully decorated. It is bright with high ceiling & modern. Such a great space! The location is central almost opposite the pier. Perfect for walks on the beach or food & drinks. Cannot rate this property highly enough!

My only criticism would be a lack of black out blinds in the bedroom, however the rest of the property makes up for the that.

Great apartment, uncomfortable & terrible customer service.

It was spotless. Great location and had a parking space.

There was no spare duvet. Three of us were staying in the property and my teenage son was on the settee. We couldn’t find a spare duvet or bedding. We messaged the owners on the Saturday evening and received no response, until I messaged again on the Tuesday. Terrible customer service. If I’d have known I would have taken a duvet with me. We had to use a towel.

Beautiful apartment, spoilt by lack of attention to cleanliness.

Stunning main room. Great instructions for getting to the property. In general it was a very good experience.

The glasses and cups were smeared and mucky, I had to re wash before using them. Also the grill tray in the oven was dirty from previous guests so put us off using it for our bacon & sausage breakfast and instead chose to go to a local bakery. The next one wasn’t the owner fault but 6am both mornings we were woken up by the family above us.

Shorter Than Planned

This a little tricky to review as we arrived about 3pm but left later the same evening. One of our 2 doggies was unwell so we decided it best to head home as it was only about a 90 minute drive. The property was nice and clean. Excellent location & we’d like to try it again.

We did notice a bad drain smell in the bathroom that was a bit off putting. We did mention this to the owner once we’d returned home. Also other reviews mention the one smallish radiator in the large lounge. There was a very cold wind blowing & we think more heating is needed when it is cold.

Wonderful location and the weather was kind. Kite festival was amazing.

No instructions for the coffee maker, could have done with a fan,due to hot weather , no sleep. Also no sleep due to people talking really loud and arguing right outside the apartment.

Lovely , clean and modern, host was very helpful. Coffee provided. The beach was 1 min walk away. Nice little bars within 5 min walk.Everything was great. Our son slept off the sofa bed which looked the size of a wide single bed when folded down.

We liked everything. The rooms a very light in a morning , but eye masks would address this if your a light sleeper.
