Nice secure garden which is great when you travel with a dog, also all the little extras that Deborah adds to the apartment, the guide book of the area etc

Lovely apartment with nice view

Great location very central. The apartment has everything you need and has lovely views over looking the sea. It is dog friendly so a big bonus and it has parking outside.

WiFi could do with boosters as it didn't work very well. Better in the bedroom but we managed.

Great experience

For a self-catering apartment, the Coach House is very well-equipped and it was just like being at home, totally relaxed. It was clean and had everything needed for my stay. Brilliant!

A good worthwhile stay at a convenient location close to Lytham centre and the beach.

Location,views of beach from lounge and kitchen windows,rooms spacious and comfortable,fully fitted kitchen with washer and dishwasher etc.. Plenty of clean towels to use in bathroom etc. Host friendly and helpful.

Pillows on beds a bit uncomfortable, and a double bed in the bedroom would have suited us better instead of 2 singles, but otherwise a nice flat with plenty of room and good facilities.

Great location - spacious - comfortable - parking slot as well - what more do you need - just super

We were there for the 1940's weekend - the Coach House was a great location - spacious - well equipped - it had everything you need - a great welcome from Deborah - Aldi is just over the road for foodstuff - lots of good cafes and restaurants around as well - have just booked it for next year's 1940's event.

No complaints - everything was great.

Lovely stay....just the weather let us down!

The location - beach views & close to shops & pier. Very spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Thoughtful extras from host - milk, treats etc Well equipped kitchen. Blackout blinds. Able to check out later than expected :) Would stay again

The weather unfortunately - but can't do anything about that ha!! The property had scaffolding up, which was a shame & also meant the private parking space wasn't available.....however we were pre warned/notified & still managed to find a free parking space nearby. Scaffolding up on a nearby hotel/apartments also, which was unfortunate timing but didn't disturb too much.

Very enjoyable stay, would go back if in the area again.

It was a lovely clean property with lots of quirky seaside decorations. Comfy beds and sofas, well stocked for all sorts of cleaning stuff , both personal and also for the kitchen. Plenty of towels. Well stocked kitchen - could have served up a gourmet meal in there. It was very central for St. Annes-on-Sea, just at the bottom entrance to Ashton Gardens.

The weather - it rained quite alot. But that wasn't the host's fault!

The holiday flats overlooking the apartment were covered in some some sort of material which was flapping overnight due to the wind this was creating noise which did keep us awake closed the windows but it could still be heardThe flags along the wall were also flapping.

Having recently moved from LSA, the Coach House was a brilliant base to catch up with friends.

The location was perfect….even had a parking space. The host couldn’t have been more helpful, even offering to look after my little dog if needed….nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was huge and well equipped.
