Spacious Town House

Location was great, five mins walk from beach, 10 mins walk from shops.

Safa bed was a bit basic but functional.

A beautiful house tastefully furnished with a double bed in all 3 bedrooms. Well equipped with everything you could possible need. For those with children there was a safety gate at the top of the stairs,steps for the toilet & sink,high chair & toddler seat that straps to a dinning chair & even board games. Sky TV. The back garden is a sun trap. I left my car parked & got the number 10 bus into St Anne's & on to Lytham. I must recommend the fish & chip shop just near the bus stop,best fish,a choice of cod or hake in very thin crispy batter. Already booked to go again.

Everything was perfect.

The location of the property was ideal for my wife and I, a short walk to the many pubs and restaurants in the town. The property itself was as advertised, with an enclosed rear garden which we were able to sit in early evening.

Really clean property and a good size for parents with two older teens and a dog. Large outside space / garden which is fully enclosed. Nice outdoor seating area. Good location and easy to park outside the house. Addition of things like Sky TV, large TV’s in two of the bedrooms, a range style cooker and Air Fryer made the stay easier. Good communication from the Owner and well priced.

There was a lack of pillows - but we eventually found some more in a cupboard !! Bins in the front garden were smelly - but collection cycles may be out of the control of the Owners.
