The stairs were a little difficult for my mother at the top at the curve…..a tall banister would have made such a difference…

Great location, lovely apartment, peaceful, easy access to ashton Park and sea

Going up stairs there are 3 steps after the first flight to number 3. Couple near misses with that area. A raised hand rail perhaps as the existing, original, is not really fit for purpose. Too low. If you have mobility difficulties, even with a stick like me, I'd take this into account. Everything else, amazing.

Very comfortable, clean, easy assessable kitchen range, large TV with access to internet excellent.

Shower adequate but could have been better. Stairwell leading from ground floor to 1st floor needs attention especially on the middle landing which was difficult to navigate and automatic timing of lights on stairs needs correcting so lights come on to coordinate access.

Loved the apartment very comfortable modern near shops town park beach front a 10 minute drive or bus to Blackpool Lytham and Fairview lake

Being on a main busy road could hear traffic in front bedroom with window shut but wasn't too bad

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, extremely comfy bed and great quality linen. Lounge was superb!

Lovely stay at No3

We really enjoyed our stay at No3. The 2 bedroom flat was very nicely decorated and we'll laid out to include all the things needed for a self catering appartment. Collection of the keys was easy and communication with the owner was great. St Anne's pretty town centre was nearby as well as the beach front. Both in easy walking distance. We hope to return again in the future.

Stunning apartment couldnt of hoped for a more enjoyable stay

Lovely apartment. Large carpark. very well decorated.. prime location. Close to all resturants and bars, beach across the road.. comfiest beds ive slept on... il be looking to book again for 3 nights end of sept.. thankyou again
