Great location, on a quiet road next to St Anne's park and gardens, a couple of minutes walk from the town's shops, supermarkets and beach and with bus stops at the bottom of the road with regular services to Blackpool in one direction and Lytham in the other. The first floor apartment itself was large and clean with all the facilities you could want, and you could just see the sea out of large windows in the living room / kitchen. The hosts, who live on the ground floor, were welcoming and friendly without being overbearing. Our apartment also had an infrared sauna which was a nice and unusual addition. The town of St Anne's itself is lovely, with a pier and beautiful park, decent bars, restaurants and shops, and good supermarkets.
The electric shower wasn't particularly powerful and it was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. The rest of the apartment's hot water is served by an immersion heater which you have to remember to switch on for a while before you need it. To open the front door downstairs requires a key code to be inputted every time. Would have been nice to have a buzzer instead linked to the apartment, or perhaps a second key for the front door so you don't have to remember the code! These are all very minor points though that didn't affect our holiday.

Very central location with homely touches within the apartment. Basics left in the apartment which you tend to overlook in taking. We all loved our comfy beds. Hosts were very welcoming and gave assistance when and where needed.

Location was good, the apartment was well presented.
The stairs up to our allocated room and also the noise and a constant light shining into the apartment through out the night.
