Comfortable but not the best

Spacious

Parking , pillows like rocks, dust and chipped mugs and dirty washing up sponges. Enterance and stairway dirty. Noisy neighbour’s!

Great size flat. Has everything you need.

Lots of rules about cleaning, you are always anxious something could go wrong with all those rules. I have stayed at quite a few places in St Anne's and none of them had so many rules.

The location was ideal as it was very close to the town centre and the apartment had a cosy feel to it.

there’s nothing really to complain about apart from how small the freezer is, the freezer also did not work the best as our ice lollies were half melted. A dish towel would of been nice :)

Excellent location, lovely apartment & brilliant customer service.

The apartment was really lovely, spacious, clean and well furnished. It's in an excellent location for the town centre, train station, beach, pier and Ashton Gardens. Everything is only a short walk away. Parking is on the street outside, we had no problem finding a space close to the apartment. There were nice little extras too, including some lovely biscuits when we arrived. Very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. I was especially pleased with how, when the TV stopped working, David sourced us a replacement the same day, even though he was out of the country for work.

The day after we arrived the TV stopped working, which was annoying, but as mentioned above David sourced us a replacement within a few hours, much appreciated!

3 night break in Lytham St Annes

The flat was spacious and spotlessly clean,it had everything you need for a comfortable stay,we didn't cook as we just ate out,pubs and restaurants where only 10 minutes away, excellent value for money,it was very warm and cosy,we would definitely stay again*****

Stairs ,we are oaps so I found the stairs steep but once we where in the flat I was fine,the bed was really comfy ,it could do with some new pillows

Lovely Spacious Apartment

The apartment is tastefully decorated and it is very spacious and extremely comfortable. Lots of things in the apartment such as milk, cookies, lots of cleaning materials and more. The location is very quiet, but only a few minutes from shops and restaurants/takeaways. Parking is easy outside. All in all we had a lovely break and will return again when in the area.

Not a dislike, but a little heads up if you have a mobile issue, there is a steep flight of stairs to get to the apartment. I had to virtually learn to walk again after accident and my wife is recovering from replacement knee op, and we made it, but was a struggle with case etc.

This is a comfortable one bedroom first floor apartment situated in a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The apartment is clean, warm and well equipped with everything required for a short stay. Self check-in is easy with clear easy to follow instructions sent the day prior to arrival along with a mobile number for the owner in case of problems.

Probably best for a full week to make all the hassle of the rules and regs worth it.

This place was a good value when I booked a bit out of season and with a discount for a modestly sized apartment. It had a bit of superficial style but if you looked closely the impression faded. Location is excellent and very handy for St Anne's station and the local shops. Parking is free in the street outside and there was a space right outside

There are a lot of rules and regs to follow especially when checking out (e.g. disposing of any waste in right bins downstairs and outside), leaving everything clean and tidy etc! The floors are very noisy and you hear anyone moving around in adjacent flats as this is a conversion above a shop. There was a noisy dog barking in a house down the street mainly in the afternoon, but not at night. You don't see the owner unless by accident. I did encounter someone who seemed to be minding the place and she was rather suspicious of me because the front door was stuck and I was having problems but this turned out to be her fault!
