Spacious
Parking , pillows like rocks, dust and chipped mugs and dirty washing up sponges.
Enterance and stairway dirty.

Great size flat. Has everything you need.
Lots of rules about cleaning, you are always anxious something could go wrong with all those rules. I have stayed at quite a few places in St Anne's and none of them had so many rules.

This place was a good value when I booked a bit out of season and with a discount for a modestly sized apartment. It had a bit of superficial style but if you looked closely the impression faded. Location is excellent and very handy for St Anne's station and the local shops. Parking is free in the street outside and there was a space right outside
There are a lot of rules and regs to follow especially when checking out (e.g. disposing of any waste in right bins downstairs and outside), leaving everything clean and tidy etc! The floors are very noisy and you hear anyone moving around in adjacent flats as this is a conversion above a shop. There was a noisy dog barking in a house down the street mainly in the afternoon, but not at night. You don't see the owner unless by accident. I did encounter someone who seemed to be minding the place and she was rather suspicious of me because the front door was stuck and I was having problems but this turned out to be her fault!
