Central location, everything really good, nice place to stay

Access difficult for elderly.. Steps from sitting room treacherous, handrail(s) badly needed. Main lighting weak, need 100/150 watt bulbs. Unable to access sky

Excellent location for all st annes has to offer. Nice outdoor space to sit out and everything you need for home from home. Another review mentioned others disturbing the peace on the Friday night, but the owners were straight onto it and sorted it straight away. Nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to staying again very soon. Great that you can bring dogs too. We'll be bringing ours next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Exactly what I wrote at the top

Amazing apartment in an amazing building.the location was yysuperb,I could walk across the road and over the sand dunes straight onto a beautiful clean beach to take my dog for walks!! So peaceful at night when ur walking round st.annes and felt very safe and that’s rare nowadays!! Also brilliant people who own there own holiday homes in the building so the best few days with my mum and dog!! I will be booking the same apartment or a different one if there free for the end of may for my mums birthday! Thankyou all so much 😁

One night stay wish it was longer

Everything it was spotless trendy everything you need little extras like tea ,coffee,cooking oil ,salt, pepper and biccies ,Our Dog loved it too .Wish I could live there to be honest well done Louise and Ian and Co

Perfect place for a perfect get away!

The property was lovely! Very clean, spacious, had all the equipment you would need and some refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits!) A lovely little complex where everybody is very friendly, and perfect location to the beach!

Exceptional

I love staying at The Snug. I have to go for work and it's difficult to be away from family but because The Snug is so comfortable and homely it makes a big difference. Everything that you would expect is there but there are some extra elements that, for me, make a big difference. For example, I like to make a cooked breakfast and have good coffee, The Snug has a cafetière, good size, nice mugs, sharp knives, good size frying pan etc. it seems daft, but it makes the difference when someone has invested in quality furnishings and kit. It has a comfortable living room but the sofa is of really good quality with plenty of cushions. Again, it's just a sofa, but they've spent just a bit more time and effort to make it particularly comfortable. Anyway, you get the point, I really rate it for the quality, comfort and value for money.

Very pleasant stay, we enjoyed St Annes restaurants, beach amusements and miniature railway

Self catering,Cooker , fridge etc all fine. Nice quantity of toys for 3 year old in the party. Buckets and spades etc under bench out the back. Pretty courtyard with fountain.

When we booked we seemed not able to put our people all on the booking soo there was some extra to pay which was not clear before.

A wonderful little flat in a fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable. We shall definitely return and can't recommend highly enough. Added bonus of being dog friendly.

So comfortable- the bed and the sofa, and the carpets and rug are so soft. Very homely, loved the decoration, loved the sea theme, loved the high ceiling and patio with sea view!

A gem of a find in a beautiful seaside location

A lovely apartment literally right across from the beach. Was very nicely decorated with lots of quirky finishing touches. The lounge/kitchen area was a large, stunning room with comfy sofa, coffee table and eating area etc and had the bonus of a sea view from the patio door, which opened out onto a small, private outdoor seating area. There was also a charming courtyard with water feature and communal seating areas. The bedroom was a good size and the bed itself very comfortable. There was also a decent sized, second bedroom. The bathroom was surprisingly large with a more than adequate shower cubicle and everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again and indeed plan to at some point in the future, especially with it being so central.

Superb

The location was perfect we arrived early and bumped into the owners who checked to see if our apartment was ready and let us check in early which was a great bonus. The apartment was very modern and extremely clean. We will definately be back was very good that we could take our Dog Harlie and the location was just across from the Beach
