The owners leave a really great welcome pack, I always feel welcome when there's tea, coffee and some milk on arrival. I needed to contact the owners via text to work out where a second car could park, they were lovely and very helpful. We parked the additional car in the back street nearby and had no issues.
We use pet friendly cottages a lot, the carpet staining and tired decor was a bit disappointing. The bedding was clean and the bathroom spotless, but the walls need a coat of paint, the carpet a deep clean. It's a shame as it appears to have been fairly recently decorated. I think a smaller table in the kitchen would work better.

Beach Cottage is a really lovely little place to stay. There are plenty of shops nearby (Aldi, Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S) and also a bus stop a few minutes walk away. We can’t comment on the area as we stayed for a concert nearby but the accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfy and we loved the extra touch of nibbles/drinks on arrival. Super smooth check in process, would recommend staying here!

Location, comfy beds, court yard.
Furniture was old, stained, worn and not clean. It was really uncomfortable and wasn't able to relax in the evening on the living room furniture.
Cups in the kitchen were stained and dirty, hoover had no battery and unable le to get the battery in the kitchen in the hoover.
Felt cold a few times.
Pillows in the first bedroom off the hall were extremely poor quality and hindered sleep.
Overall the facility looked and felt dated!
