St Anne’s is an excellent location for visiting Blackpool. It is much quieter than staying in Blackpool and it’s a lovely seaside town with a great beach and old fashioned pier.
Tudor Road is a quiet residential no through road. I loved the downstairs open plan area.
One of my party suggested that the downstairs utility ( there was no washing machine) could be turned into a shower room. This would have helped in the morning when we all needed to shower. Also would be good to have a more accessible shower for those who find it difficult stepping into the bath.

Property was great, clean tidy and spacious.
We didn’t go into the hot tub as the chlorine levels were too high and as soon as the lid was opened it was irritating my eyes. Beds was comfortable. Really good finish on the house and easy to find.
Hot tub wasn’t okay to get in to. Neighbours next door constantly kicking balls against the fence and over the fence came over and smashed off the table where we was eating which was alarming.

Lovely house had everything you need. Owner was amazing although we didn’t need to message at any point as everything you needed to know was all in a folder for you. Was a brilliant stay.
