Everything was great
Check in i think was quiet late 4pm
And it could do with a sink in the toilet even if its one that fits over the cistern as as its abit disgusting to think everyone who uses the toilet has used the door handle without washing their hands.

The location was great, handy for public transport, with a lovely Italian 50yds away.
One of the double beds needed fixing as it tilted over on our first use, followed by the smoke alarm falling of the ceiling. Somewhere to hang wet coats would have useful.

This house was really very nice. It was in a fantastic location. 5 minutes' walk to the beach was also dog friendly, which is great for us. This house it's self was immaculate, it was so cosy, the beds were fresh and very comfortable. The bathroo. Was beautifully clean and spacious. What can I say? we really did enjoy staying in the house it was lovely, and we will certainly be back again.
This is not really a negative but just a few things t9 consider, such as airfryer for the kitchen. There was no vegetable peeler and also not baking tins such as muffin tins. This is literally the only thing I could point out from our stay.

The location was great, very close to the sea front and a small local supermarket. Parking was easy. The house was very stylish and smart. It had everything required for a happy family holiday, so no complaints.
Also, we contacted the owners through the e-mail with a query and received a very quick response. Thank you. I'm sure we'll be back!
Nothing really but to mention...the stairs are rather steep and there is only one upstairs toilet. However, we managed fine.

The late night noise on the street.

Pros: Excellent situation, very clean and comfortable, super stylish, lovely conservatory looking out over a long garden.
Cons: There were many safety issues which had not been considered.
The two flight stairs had a handrail on the first flight, but not the second. The balusters have been replaced with thick glass which should have a handrail on top.
The "open" shower has a side screen with completely clear glass. My partially sighted son couldn't see it! The glass should have adhesive decals to make it more visible.
The bathroom should have non slip flooring. My partner slipped and fell on his first day, injuring his back, and spent the rest of our week in bed because he couldn't sit or stand.
The lovely kitchen has sliding doors leading into the conservatory. This is a great idea, but they are also clear and I walked into them twice thinking they were open! Again safety decals would be a good idea.
The lounge is very dark, probably because of the tree outside close to the house. It also smelled strongly of stinky feet for the first few days in our week. I think this might be the UPVC sofa.
The bathroom smelled of cigarettes!
The drive is quite steep and a safety rail for getting up and down would be useful.
The house has a lot of trendy ornaments, perhaps too many.

Lovely big house, good communication, gorgeous kitchen, bathroom, garden and living room. Really nice.
Another bathroom & a travel cot would have been perfect. Additional towels were needed and some larger bath sheets would have been nice and a spare quilt/pillow set is needed as I had to bring a travel cot and had no sheets for it.

Kids loved the technology.
Beds were so comfy.
Cleaner was friendly and chatty.
Rooms were welcoming.
Loved the BBQ.
Excellent selection of utensils and kitchen necessities.
Only one toilet/ bathroom.
Would have liked a bigger dining table with 6 chairs as our family likes to sit together for mealtimes.
And two twin rooms instead of two double rooms would have worked better for us.
Would have loved a nespresso machine. Or a similar coffee machine.
My kids said they’d like grass outside. 🤣

Finished to a high standard throughout, the garden was a real bonus in the great weather.
Not much really, just some feedback would be that the kitchen table is a bit wobbly and there were only 2 of us using it.

location was good during day, would have preferred to be nearer town, bars etc at night, short walk without car.
Confirmation of booking was required by me + £200 refundable damage charge. I did not know how to confirm, I am 84. It took over 1/2 hour to get into the property, after contacting owners. I have stayed in multiple establishments, all over the country, none of them required confirmation by me, or £200 charge. Suggest it is completely unecessary. The house & facilities were immaculate, pity about my complaint!

The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are really comfortable. There's an amazing outside space, if you get the weather.
The location is great. Close to local shops and beach front.
The dining table only seats 4 people, there is a breakfast bar with 2 stools but it would be nice to be able to all sit together.
The toilet is separate to the bathroom and there is no sink in there.

Layout, facilities and location. Immaculate house, beautiful decor, loads of crockery and some really thoughtful stuff like milk in the fridge.
Please put bath sheets as towels were too small! Other than that couldn't fault it.

Lovely deco, quality fixtures & utensils, warm & cozy.
Cleaner still in house after 4pm & still bits not cleaned, not enough space for 6 at dining table for Xmas dinner or seating in lounge (don’t need football table, maybe another 2 seater instead) but we made it work. drive way too steep & scrapped the front of car quite badly coming down (Mazda 6) need to make people aware of this

Home from home, great facilities, very comfy and great location
The driveway was poor. Caught my car on the kerb twice trying to get on and of the drive and has damaged the underside. Whilst Alexa controls the heating the thermostat doesn’t work.
