Very good location. Apartment very nicely decorated and quiet.
Bed in main bedroom very creaky - supported underneath with wood. No problem, used the other room.

The flat was lovely, a really homely feel and the view out of the living room and bedroom windows is beautiful.
The shower was nice and powerful, the beds very comfortable and the apartment was clean with all the facilities you'd expect.
The parking space was a real bonus.
Louise was really helpful and quick to respond to our queries.
The only tiny thing to mention is that we couldn't lift up the main blind in the living room, as the cord to do so was broken. It would have been nice to have it up to enjoy the view a little more.

We loved the property and while we were there contacted the hosts to enquire about booking again in October.We heard nothing. In total over the next week I sent 3 texts and 3 emails to the hosts. I got 1 reply saying she was waiting for a new phone which caused the delay! The next email a week later said " I wouldn't accept 1 night stay". No apology. I replied saying please give us a price for 2 night stay. Not heard anything more. Nice place but shame about the hosts. Very odd way to try to get repeat business by just ignoring or being rude. There's so much competition around there we will just go somewhere else next time. We go to Lytham regularly and would have used this property a lot but sadly the hosts have other ideas. Good luck
