Lovely place, great location, kitchen worktop sticky, terrible hosts.
We loved the property and while we were there contacted the hosts to enquire about booking again in October.We heard nothing. In total over the next week I sent 3 texts and 3 emails to the hosts. I got 1 reply saying she was waiting for a new phone which caused the delay! The next email a week later said " I wouldn't accept 1 night stay". No apology. I replied saying please give us a price for 2 night stay. Not heard anything more. Nice place but shame about the hosts. Very odd way to try to get repeat business by just ignoring or being rude. There's so much competition around there we will just go somewhere else next time. We go to Lytham regularly and would have used this property a lot but sadly the hosts have other ideas. Good luck

The cutest little place. Bed smelt lovely and clean with fluffy pillows. Sea view. The owner was a nice man and very helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Great location, pleasant stay!
Location was superb! It's a beautiful apartment to watch the sunset. The bed was squeaky and the bathroom filter is a little noisy. Except for that, it was a pleasant stay.
