Great space and layout for a family to enjoy

A beautiful, very spacious home. The beds were very comfortable.
The selling point when we booked was the ‘games room’ however it was not as it seemed in the pictures. There was no ping pong table, the table football was falling apart and the room was damp and cold. If we knew this we would’ve booked somewhere else.

Very comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and two children. Well equipped (except for a bottle opener). Great location to access the beach and town with lots of shops and restaurants. East access to Lytham, it was walkable but given the very cold weather we went in the car. Short drive to Blackpool that provided some fun and games for the family.
Just a little gripe… the games room could do with some attention, parts missing etc, it’s advertised as a feature.
