Location excellent. Nice large rooms. Very clean. Comfortable sofas.

Heating. Small panel heaters for size of rooms. Took a while to take the chill off. Hard mattress on bed, but personal preference.

Fantastic weekend

We had a lovely long weekend in this property which was very clean and nicely decorated with fantastic views . Would definitely stay again if we were up this way and would definitely recommend to friends .

Great ‘sea view’ stay 🌊

Amazing views, comfortable beds/sleeping arrangements, great provisions, good for kids with games/jigsaws etc… Quiet accommodation, felt safe, access to local amenities within minutes.

Nothing that I didn’t like, only thing I would have added would be a dish washer tablet 🤣

Sea view room apartment

Very nice apartment so clean fresh bedding spotless highly recommend and will definitely come again. I stayed her for 1 night sea view room with my husband and 2 children. It had everything we needed the shower was spacious and clean.

Amazing apartment!

Absolutely loved our stay at beach view me and my 9 year old son and small terrier loved the apartment, the views are outstanding and the bed was comfy. It was very peaceful the wi fi was very good.

Just the hot water from the kitchen sink didn't get hot enough but just boiled the kettle so not a big issue. Everything else was perfect and can't wait to book again!

The View

If you stay here I would advise to take your own heater especially through the winter, it was so cold that coming back after a long walk on the beach was not enjoyable at all. Had to take the duvet from the bedroom into the lounge just to stay warm. Everything is very dated, including the tv, sofa’s also dated & uncomfortable. You had to constantly fiddle with the key to open the door. Dogs constantly barking from nearby apartment. Owner rude & extremely unhelpful. There are far more comfortable places to stay in St Anne’s, especially in winter, will not be returning.

The location was fantastic - right on the front mere steps to the beach and a minutes walk to the pier. The apartment was spacious, clean and well kept. The hosts were helpful and responsive as needed.

Nothing really, apart from bookings .com messed up the number of guests required for so my daughter had to sleep on a sofa bed In the living room although she said it was comfy and we managed , thankfully the owner left us extra quilts

Lytham the perfect stay

Excellent location. Apartment very clean and comfortable. We stay in lytham very regularly and this is the best apartment so far we have stayed in. We will definitely book again

If I had one criticism. As we went into the kitchen, the bin was smelly and hadn't been emptied. Obviously an oversight. But didn't stop the marvellous stay we had.

Blinds were too high for my wife to reach. Could you lengthen the cable so short people can reach them.
