Anchor Hot tub suite in Lytham St Annes

Good location. The owners are very close by so really helpful and quick to respond to any questions etc. nice big living area & outside area! As a family of 5 it worked well for us :)

I do feel it’s a little tired and could do with a freshen up really, the outside rattan furniture on the photos aren’t there and the small sofa that is, is looking worse for ware- potentially pushing it a little for the usual price now without a few updates.. We had a lot of ants inside on the worktops etc but did have the French doors open whilst the children were playing out so I’m assuming that’s why, just be mindful not to leave any food accessible, my little boy accidentally left an apple he’d took a bite out of on the table and in the morning there was an ant party on it! 🙈🤣

Lovely interior, very spacious very private

Had a little difficulty with the address of the property. When we finally got in we were all desperate for a cup of coffee. There were only two coffee sachet and no milk which was disappointing. The dishwasher hadn’t been emptied and the sheets on the double bed were still damp and the sheet on the sofa bed was quite damp. The toilet seat needs seeing to and one wall socket in the double room wasn’t working - my friend thought she had charged up her phone overnight and it was on zero when we were out next morning. However, we did love our stay.

Perfect location, homely, comfortable accomodation and responsive, helpful hosts.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues like a wobbly toilet seat, but nothing to impact our wonderful stay.

The hot tub is fantastic however we found the steam from the chlorinated water to be a little overpowering at times even with the windows open
