I booked suite 5 which was on top floor I knew there were stairs so it was fine but I'd likely book a lower floor next time

The electronic key pad on the door to the suite a little tricky. Not at eye level so need to kneel on the floor with a phone lighting it up!

Modern apartment in centre of Lytham with everything you need and great customer care.

Loved the location in centre of Lytham( not in St. Anne's that's 10 mins away by car) The super modern door entry system was better than keys for us and easy to use once you wake up the black square with your hand. Type star, then our code and then hash. Really nice big t.v screen and modern decor and appliances. Shower and kitchen area had no mould and was recently refurbished ( like the whole building) Also liked the modern clean staircases, although stairs to the top are steep. We needed to use WhatsApp to contact the building manager and they responded within 5 minutes and our issue was resolved very quickly. That is excellent customer care as is the fresh milk, fruit and tea and coffee and biscuits. Great place to stay! The young lady who services the rooms was around the building and each time greeted us with a genuinely lovely smile.

These things didn't bother us too much for one night but would have been too much if it was a longer stay. We didn't like the bright blue heating control light. Also it was too hot in room six(attic) even though no heating was on as heat travels upwards from the other floors below. The heat seemed to make the fridge overly noisy throughout the night as it kept rumbling on and off to regulate itself. Woke us both up a couple of times but we are light sleepers and its always odd sleeping somewhere strange at first.

Accommodation was modern and spacious, everything was clean and comfortable. We slept well and would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location with parking for the car.

Very pleasant stay , really handy for shops and seafront , I’m glad I chose Sweet Suites .

Oh the two flights of stairs , I’m 70 and my wife is 67 and we didn’t enjoy climbing those , but that is the only gripe .

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If there was one thing and it’s not a big thing. If you have a big car the spaces might be a bit small you might have to park on the road.

Sweet studio

Pros.... Room 4. I liked the fact you could get a parking spot. Loved the really big bed, the room was very clean and well looked after, the towels were really big a fluffy and there were 2 flannels which you never normally get and they were nice and soft, lovely decor, nice neat little kitchen area, liked the fact that there was plenty of water and some milk in the fridge and tea bags etc, so we didn't have to go straight to the shops when we'd just arrived. The rooms are situated in quite a nice part with lots of cafés bars and restaurants but it can be very noisy when it's kick out time from said bars.

Cons.... No air con ( this was an exceptionaly hot weekend) and when we got to our room and opened the door we had an entryway with a full on window and the sun was blasting through it, it was like being in a sauna and the window couldn't be opened. Most of the room was taken up by a ginormous bed which made the room look smaller. not enough shelving and drawers. Sooo glad there was a fan in the room. The plug in the bathroom sink didn't work very well.

Lovely modern apartment, spotless clean.. Using the door codes was very easy. Had all we needed for a two night stay. Excellent location for shops, beach and cafes etc. Would happily stay there again.

We stay here every year because the property is lovely. Great location and a beautiful apartment. The owners leave fruit and milk on arrival and are around during the day if you need anything. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Enjoyable short break.

Modern immaculate interior. Excellent location to restaurants and shops. Only 5 minutes walk to promenade and beach. This is our 4th visit to Sweet suites and the attention to detail never ceases to amaze. Lovely extra touches eg fruit bowl , chilled water , milk and biscuits. Ample tea and coffee including coffee pods. Looking forward to returning soon .
